I remember my brother telling me that this was the game that made him Rams fan, where he ultimately influenced me to follow the LA Rams…..

Click the link, this is pretty cool article from SI via a Packers’ site.

Saturday December 9th 1967 (at Los Angeles)

It was the second-to-last game of the season. The Packers were in L.A. to play the Rams, and this subsequent December 18 issue of Sports Illustrated tells us the story of what happened that day. (Credit – Packerville, USA)

(LOS ANGELES) – A blocked punt set up Los Angeles’ winning touchdown in an electrifying victory over the Packers, keeping alive the Rams’ hopes in the Coastal Division. The Packers apparently had this thriller wrapped up when reserve back Chuck Mercein ran four yards and Don Chandler’s conversion put them ahead 24-20 with less than three minutes left. A fumble by the Rams’ Dick Bass was recovered by Jim Weatherwax on the Rams’ 43 and paved the way for the final Packer touchdown. The Rams’ defense held and on fourth down a punt attempt by Donny Anderson was blocked by Tony Guillory and his teammate, Claude Crabb, scooped up the ball and rambled 20 yards to the Green Bay five. With 54 seconds left, Roman Gabriel’s first pass was incomplete. The next one was a direct hit in the end zone to Bernie Casey for the winning touchdown. The Rams, after trailing 10-7 at the half, were in front 17-10 in the third quarter when the complexion of the game changed quickly. Bruce Gossett kicked a 23-yard field goal but on the kickoff to the Packers, rookie halfback Travis Williams, who had run three such kicks back for touchdowns this season, returned the boot 104 yards with a sensational display of speed. Bart Starr completed 10 of 20 passes for 138 yards and a touchdown, with two interceptions. Gabriel connected on 20 of 36 for 227 and three touchdowns, with two interceptions. One of Starr’s two interceptions came in the final series of plays as the clock ticked away. But the end came when his pass was picked off by Maxie Vaughan

I actually remember doing a little collage, in art
class back in 7th grade or thereabouts. 1970, or so.
We had to cut up old magazine photos and glue them on poster-board
and make a collage (sp?) thingy. I remember finding an old
issue of Sport Magazine or maybe it was Sports Illustrated,
i dont remember. Anyway, the article and photos were
about that game in 67 against the Pack. That was
what i used for my collage.

Its hanging in the Louvre now,
    in Paris France.
