We’ve seen better.
The Rams came out like it was a mid season game against the Falcons, or something, and the 49ers came out with the intensity of a playoff game.
Bosa abused McClendon, Stafford was doing his Drake Maye impression, and Myles Garrett is hampered by an injury of some kind.
I hope Landman is okay, and I hope the Rams take the Giants seriously.

Morris.
…
McVay struggled against Morris last year when Morris was working with less talent. This was bad all around though. Jeez.
I dont think the Rams are going undefeated.

Maybe the Rams went over too early.
My biggest concern is Garrett. He was held out of practice for two weeks or more, I dunno. And he had a very unproductive night on limited snaps.
What’s the injury?

Indeed. I think we’ve all been kinda avoiding thinking about his knee swelling or whatever.
I guess time will tell.
I’m glad Aaron Donald was not a part of that fiasco, btw.
That was unfortunate
They looked really flat. Out of phase in all team elements. I think it hurt them to have so little time to get used to things in Australia.
Next game will tell us a great deal about this team and what they’re made of.
As one would expect, the chorus is loud now:
Reminded me of the Bills game 1 the year after they won the SB. Division games are the hardest, I fully expect them to beat down the Giants.
McVay has a head for designing schemes. So does Shanahan. Shanahan, though, is also a great play caller. McVay averages out to be a pretty good play caller.
