wvParticipantI watched a bit of the Giants last year, and i watched the highlights of their game against Dallas. They have definitely taken a step forward this year. It was startling how good they looked last night. Very hard-hitting team. Nasty front line. Jaxson Dart has oodles of talent mixed in with his MAGA-stupidity.
Scatt-a-boo is the weirdest, clunkiest, rolling ball-of-MAGA-butcher-knives I’ve seen since Mike Alstott or Larry Csonka. Their WRs looked excellent.
John-MAGA=Harbaugh has them playing fundamentally sound on defense. And the Rams, without Myles, are favored by 7.5 to 8.5 points for Monday Night’s game.
That confuses me. Baffles me.
Especially since, i hear the Rams will arrive at So-Fi only 24 hours before the game.

We shall see what this ram team is all about Monday Night.

Jax Dart: “I just think that we have so much respect for Coach Harbs, and this team will do whatever he says… So, the identity of the team starts at the top, and it starts with how he’s conducted himself, with how he’s created a tough team. And we want to take that on our shoulders..”September 15, 2026 at 1:26 pm #166097

QB Matthew Stafford & WR Davante Adams spoke w/ me about the challenges of facing the #BigBlue defenseStafford: “They have a good scheme and those guys attack. When you watch them play, even the first play of the game against the Cowboys, Abdul Carter just blowing up the back sift or whatever that was. You look at those plays and you go, ‘Man, these guys, they play with their hair on fire. They really get after it.’”
Adams: “Sometimes in a situation like what we have, we have a lot of good interior guys and guys up front to where on the back end, those guys may not have to work quite as hard and quite as long. You look at who they have up front and that’s where it starts on every team. They have some guys that can get to the quarterback and put some pressure on you in the run game and all those facets.”

Puka Nacua won’t practice for a second straight day with a groin injury and is questionable for Monday night vs. the Giants. It’s a different injury than the psoas from camp. His direct backup, Jordan Whittington, is doubtful with a quad.
Kam Kinchens is out with the hamstring.

znModeratorPuka Nacua dealing with injury, might not play for Rams vs. Giants
Gary Klein
Aaron Donald will play on Monday night against the New York Giants, but Rams star receiver Puka Nacua did not practice and is questionable for the game at SoFi Stadium, coach Sean McVay said Saturday.
“He’s got a little bit of soreness in that groin, being smart with him as a skill player,” McVay said. “Whether or not he plays is to be determined, and so we’ll see how he’s feeling.”
McVay confirmed that Donald will play for the first time since retiring after the 2023 season. The three-time NFL defensive player of the year said on Friday that he was planning to play against the Giants.
“He said it, he’s going,” McVay said. “Whatever Aaron says I support.”
Nacua, an All-Pro who led the NFL in receptions last season, was sidelined for a few weeks of preseason practices because of a psoas injury. But he caught five passes for 74 yards in the Rams’ season-opening defeat by the San Francisco Giants in Australia.
He practiced Thursday, but did not practice Friday.
McVay said the current injury is separate from the preseason issue.
“This is a different thing,” McVay said, adding that Nacua on Thursday, “felt good but didn’t feel totally like himself, his ability to be able to kind of open up and really hit full speed.”
Nacua is not the only receiver dealing with an injury.
McVay said receiver Jordan Whittington (quadriceps) is doubtful for the game against the Giants.
Receivers Tutu Atwell and rookie CJ Daniels were inactive against the 49ers.
Safety Kamren Kinchens (hamstring) is out for Monday’s game, McVay said.

znModeratorfrom Giants Receive Concerning Injury News Before Rams Game
https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/giants-receive-concerning-injury-news-210325411.html
The New York Giants defeated the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1, but not without some nicks and bruises along the way.
Case in point, the Giants will be heading into their Monday night matchup against the Los Angeles Rams with some injury concerns in their secondary.
Cornerback Paulson Adebo did not participate in practice on Thursday due to a knee injury, and fellow corner Deonte Banks was limited with a calf issue.
While neither player has been ruled out for Week 2 just yet, the fact that New York has two players nursing injuries at a position where the club is already thin is worrisome.

Deonte Banks, Micah McFadden questionable for Monday vs. Rams
The Giants have two players with game statuses for Monday night’s game against the Rams.
Cornerback Deonte Banks (calf) and linebacker Micah McFadden (neck) as questionable for the contest.
Banks was a limited participant on Thursday but did not practice on Friday or Saturday. He registered four tackles and two passes defensed in the season-opening win over the Cowboys.
McFadden has been limited in practice all week.
While offensive tackle Andre Thomas (ankle) has been limited all week, he does not have a game status and is set to play.
Cornerback Greg Newsome (rib), defensive lineman Chauncey Golston (neck), and offensive lineman Sisi Mauigoa (shoulder) were all upgraded from limited to full on Saturday and are set to play.

The two big questions for #49ers coming out of this one:– How is the health situation at WR? Injuries to DeMarcus Robinson and Mike Evans add to growing list there, though Robinson appears more worrisome.
– Are run defense solutions in house? It hasn’t bitten them first two weeks because they’ve built big leads but that won’t always be the case.
