znModeratorIāve been a Rams fan for a long time. Iāve seen some exciting WRs but I donāt ever think weāve seen anything like Stafford to Nacua. I mean they were doing this a couple of times a game week after week after week. In 3 games v Seattle alone 465 yards 17 yards per catch!! pic.twitter.com/bCN4mvALKf

WIDE RECEIVER
1. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams (96.1)
Nacua embodied āoffensive weaponā in 2025, leading all receivers in several PFF categories. He caught 153 passes for 2,047 yards ā the second-most receiving yards in a season (including playoffs) in the PFF era. He led all receivers in yards per route run (3.57), first downs (97) and catches of 20-plus yards (32).
Defenses had no answer for the PFF Offensive Player of the Year. Nacua ranked first in PFF receiving grade at every level of the field, including perfect marks at the intermediate and deep levels (99.9). He also placed first in slot PFF receiving grade (96.7), screen PFF receiving grade (96.6) and play-action PFF receiving grade (94.1).
Nacua also ranked in the top two in PFF receiving grade against both primary coverage schemes, with a 91.9 figure against man and a 95.6 figure against zone.
Since entering the league in 2023, Nacua owns a league-best 95.5 PFF receiving grade

Rams receiver Puka Nacua faces allegations that he bit a woman multiple times. His lawyer seems to admit it to at least one bite.
Via TMZ, a woman filed a request for a temporary restraining order against Nacua, arising from an incident that allegedly occurred on December 31, 2025.
The woman claims that Nacua bit her thumb and then her shoulder. Her legal filing includes a photo of a circular bite pattern that allegedly belongs to Nacua.
In comments to TMZ, attorney Levi McCathern dismissed the conduct as āhorseplay,ā but seemed to admit that at least one bite occurred. McCathern downplayed it as leaving a ātemporary mark,ā as characterized by TMZ.
The woman separately claims that Nacua made an antisemitic remark earlier in the evening, which was described as the āfirst act in what became an escalating course of rude or vulgar, threatening, violent, and harassing conduct.ā
Earlier in December, Nacua was goaded by a couple of YouTube nincompoops into making a gesture regarded as an antisemitic trope. Nacua claimed he had no knowledge that the gesture had antisemitic connotations.
McCathern denies that Nacua made antisemitic remarks.
The alleged victim also contends that, during a mediation session this month, Nacuaās legal team threatened to ācontact TMZ and other press and media outlets and to disseminate false, inaccurate, and/or deliberately exaggerated public statements about the events of December 31, 2025.ā McCathern, in turn, calls the whole thing a shakedown, and that she has asked for millions of dollars in damages.
The request for a temporary restraining order was denied. Another hearing is scheduled for April 14.

Yeah, i was about 92 percent certain that kind of thing was coming. It wont be the last, with Puka.
And I’m not saying its all true or there arent two sides to it, blah blah — I’m just saying he is too often child-like and on the edge and emotionally immature. And i’m sure he’s been warned a million times.

well. thatās what iām wondering.

It’s starting to look like WR should be their draft focus. They need two of them. They might not have either Adams or Nacua after this year. That’s at least possible. If one or both guys stay after 2026, then adding to receiver depth still helps the team. It wouldn’t be wasted picks.
Oh and if I read Zooey’s article right, the complaint against Nacua was filed in January. The Rams would have therefore known about it immediately. That might account for the talk of trading for the Eagles guy, Brown.

Speaking of which.
Here’s The Athletic’s most recent mock pick for the Rams ( https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7128901/2026/03/25/nfl-mock-draft-betting-odds-2026/?source=dailyemail&campaign=601983&userId=603890&source=dailyemail )
10. Los Angeles Rams (trade): Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State
The Rams are all-in, and while they couldnāt get the Eagles to trade them A.J. Brown, this move might even be better. They give up the No. 13 pick and a third-rounder to nab the best receiver in the draft.March 25, 2026 at 11:48 am #163023
canadaramParticipantIn a draft supposedly rich with receivers, I am all in on the Rams drafting 2 even if they do it in the first 3 rounds. However, I will be annoyed if they trade up to pick one. I am no expert, but I think they can stay put or even trade back in the first and find a decent option.
Whether it be Puka’s off-field behaviour or his cost, or a combination of his cost and behaviour, I will totally get it if the Rams feel that they have to move on from him. Either way, finding a couple of receivers before the end of July seems like a good idea right now.

Puka has just made the WR position the Rams’ highest priority. He is a goddam knucklehead. Combined with his style of play which leads to missed games, he is unreliable.

Well there’s 2 possibilities.
1. He did what he was accused of, or something like it.
2. It’s a shakedown, which means that he is not very good at picking his company.
Either way, his inner light is a bit blinky.
Again, though, the police report was made in January. It would be impossible for the Rams not to have known about it very early on.

Which makes me wonder if it was Adams whose name was being bandied about in trade scenarios.
If nothing else, the Rams could learn how much value OTHER teams put on Puka. That would be useful to know.

Newsday
https://www.newsday.com/sports/football/puka-nacua-rams-civil-lawsuit-h74436
Rams receiver Puka Nacua sued for allegedly making antisemitic remark, biting womanLOS ANGELES ā Star Los Angeles Rams receiver Puka Nacua has been sued for assault and battery by a woman who says he made an antisemitic statement and bit her on the shoulder on New Year’s Eve.
The civil lawsuit was filed this week in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The suit also cites gender violence and negligence.
Plaintiff Madison Atiabi and her attorney, Joseph Kar, claim Nacua made an antisemitic exclamation that emotionally distressed her when they were together in Century City. She says Nacua bit her and left teeth marks on her shoulder when they were in a van together later in the night, and she claims Nacua also bit her friend’s thumb.
Nacuaās attorney, Levi McCathern, has already strongly denied Nacua made any antisemitic statements. He described the bites as āhorseplay.ā
Nacua had previously issued an apology last December after performing a gesture that plays upon antisemitic tropes while appearing on an internet livestream.
Nacua has been one of the most productive receivers in NFL history over his first three seasons with the Rams, who drafted him out of BYU in 2023 with the final pick of the fifth round. He led the league with 129 catches last season while racking up 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns before leading the NFL again with 24 catches for 332 yards and two TDs in the playoffs.
Nacua is eligible to sign a contract extension with the Rams this offseason that undoubtedly would make him one of the highest-paid receivers in NFL history, but the Rams haven’t announced any progress on a new deal.

znModeratorPuka Nacua has found himself in some hot water again after allegations were made against him that he bit a woman and made an antisemitic remark while out on New Yearās Eve this past December. A temporary restraining order was filed against him, and subsequently denied by a judge, but Nacua is now being sued by the woman.
His attorney says Nacua strongly denies the allegations and will be suing for defamation, but the situation is hardly settled.
Former NFL wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh is close with Nacua and he reached out to the Los Angeles Rams star after news of this incident came to light. Heās attempting to help Nacua out, sharing some advice for him so that he stays on the right path.
āI texted him, been trying to get him on the phone because I talk to him like heās my son. I donāt talk to him like, āHey, bro.ā Iām going to give it to him the real and raw way because youāve got to hear these words,ā Houshmandzadeh said on āSpeakeasy.ā
Houshmandzadeh told Nacua that every time he goes out, he should pay $1,000 for security, just to be safe.
āI told him, I said, āPuka, when you go out, you probably donāt feel like you need this. Bro, just go ahead and spend that thousand dollars every time you step out into these streets and get security. Just pay it because now, youāre going to spend $100K on an attorney. Thatās a hundred nights out right there. So just get security to avoid all these situations.ā Hopefully, heāll start to listen to me,ā he said.
Houshmandzadeh has been in Nacuaās corner since before he was drafted. Nacua said back in 2023 that he trained with him before the draft, calling the former Bengals receiver āthe absolute best.ā
āT.J. is the best,ā Nacua told Rams Wire. āHaving a guy who played in the league for 10-plus years, who has the knowledge he has and who had such a good routine planned out. Heās the absolute best.ā
Houshmandzadeh knows Nacua well and strongly believes he didnāt make the antisemitic comment that heās accused of saying.
āI know Puka. He aināt say that. That aināt Puka,ā he said. āAnybody that knows Puka, all he wants to do is have fun. And thatās the problem is, all he wants to do is have fun.ā
Houshmandzadeh tried to get Nacua to come on the show with him and former NFL defender Emmanuel Acho, but Nacua declined.
āAll the dude wants to do is laugh, bro, and just joke around and have (fun). Thatās it. Thatās all he wants to do,ā he said. āBut, heās going to have to realize ā because I sent him a message and I swear he read that thing in probably about 5 seconds. Tried to get him on here and he was like, āAhhh.ā But he has a lot of people in his corner. At some point, though, the Rams can only take so much. The league. Like, Puka can be the face of the league if he gets his stuff together.ā
Nacua is up for an extension this offseason, the first time heās been eligible for a lucrative new deal. The Rams are expected to reward him with a massive contract that could make him the highest-paid receiver in NFL history, but will these off-field antics give them pause.
Between his comments and controversial gesture on a livestream last December, to this latest incident on New Yearās Eve, itās possible the Rams will want to see him clean up his act before committing to him long-term.
Houshmandzadeh thinks that if the Rams take a receiver at No. 13, which is certainly on the table, they may not pay Nacua.
āIf they draft a receiver in the first round, I donāt know if they sign Puka to an extension. Iām telling you. Franchise him not this upcoming season, the following season, and trade him. Let them draft a receiver in the first round and this receiver shows them he can do what Puka was doing, even if it aināt that level, if itās close enough.ā
Thatās a bold statement by Houshmandzadeh, but thereās no question Nacua has some growing up to do off the field. As fun-loving and joyous as he is, it does seem there might be a slight lack of maturity from the 24-year-old receiver.
