    When going into draft, expect the worst, hope for the best and be prepared for all scenarios in between. Preparation on all scenarios is key

    Very few teams have 255 names on their draft board. More like half that. U don’t see boards stacked 1-32, 33-64.

    Many teams go into draft with a short list of players they want in each round. Can adjust if a surprise happens

    Their first round has only players they are interested in, same with 2nd, 3rd etc. Some of the stuff I’ve seen recently is almost laughable

    Players that are character concerns, medical concerns and not scheme fits seldom make it to a final board

    A players grade is never in cement until draft day. They are always under the microscope and held accountable to everything they do/say

    Some clubs don’t have all the scouts in the draft room, just decision makers and a few key scouts. Others have whole department. It varies[
