August 7, 2014 at 4:20 pm in reply to: CoachO: Synopsis of the roster, part two – defense + specialists #3503HerzogParticipant
Damn, what a talented and deep group….Man OH Man
HerzogParticipantI don’t even know what to say after reading an article like that. I’m so excited that it has turned into nervousness and nausea. But in a good way…..
can’t wait!!
August 6, 2014 at 2:08 pm in reply to: 8/5 Jim Fadler twitter reports from camp…and twitter reports from others too #3407HerzogParticipantI’m worried that our secondary won’t even be average. It’s enough to prevent this time from realizing its full potential. SIGH….DAMN
HerzogParticipantGuys, I seriously think I peed a little after reading those reviews. I can’t help but be excited. BTW we need betters corners.
July 31, 2014 at 5:41 pm in reply to: July 30 camp report follow-ups + 1 belated (& fun) report #2960HerzogParticipantThe fact that our receivers are doing well gives me some hope and some despair. Are our wideouts killing it? or are our defensive backs sucking?
I have a tendency to believe the latter. Hope I’m wrong.
HerzogParticipantWhere is the outrage? I feel like I’m in crazy town.
July 28, 2014 at 6:14 pm in reply to: Jimi's twitter reports from camp + other twitter reports too 7/27 (like Wagoner) #2748HerzogParticipantWell i was thinking Britt was the biggest threat to Quick’s job.
But maybe Britt is actually Quick’s savior. Interesting.
w
vWhat’s also strange is that they are the same age. Britt seems like an old, old Veteran compared to all the other receivers. He must have been drafted as a child
HerzogParticipantI’m truly disgusted.
July 28, 2014 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Jimi's twitter reports from camp + other twitter reports too 7/27 (like Wagoner) #2733HerzogParticipantI think Auburn’s winning
HerzogParticipantHonestly I’m having trouble comprehending it. If they are forced to double Donald, than who stops Brockers? Can you double both Quinn and Donald? You can’t, and even if you could, then how do you stop Long and Brockers and/or Hayes. I can’t imagine it during a game.
HerzogParticipantI absolutely remember it the same way…totally agree.
Sounds like he got arrested for getting his ass kicked….not sure I like that much better.
HerzogParticipantI’m totally excited about this. Now I can watch the game even on days my wife forces me to go shopping with her. SWEET!!
HerzogParticipantwhat could have been….sigh
HerzogParticipantIs Bradford good for full participation in training camp?
HerzogParticipantI think he was talking about Tre Mason
HerzogParticipantIt really bothers me. According to those stats, any opposing quarterback, played at a Hall of Fame level so long as they through against Jenkins. That is REALLY bugging me now.
HerzogParticipantWonder why Pead only got one game, and Bailey gets four games.
HerzogParticipantFor me, it’s all about the secondary. I have warm fuzzy feelings everywhere else, even about the depth everywhere except the secondary. Last year it was a clear weakness that teams exploited.
HerzogParticipantYeah, JJ is a bit of a mystery. Is he a budding star? Over-rated? Was he mis-used last year?
Does Greg Williams know how to use him?Not sure we really know who JJ is going to be.
w
vMaybe they that’s why they drafted so many corners. Jenkins numbers last year seem really bad to me. Scary bad.
July 11, 2014 at 4:22 pm in reply to: Isaac Bruce is a Candlestick Legend….. will have Joe Montana as QB #1510HerzogParticipantHe did retire as a Ram
HerzogParticipantMan I agree with RFL. Ain’t no Bruce or Faulk on this team, but collectively, they could be difficult to game plan for.
HerzogParticipantWonder if Britt and Quick are going to be there
HerzogParticipantI wasn’t impressed when I first heard they hired Ryan. I thought they dodged a bullet when he left. However, I WAS impressed at the job he did last year. Oh well….let’s see what the G.W. can do.
July 9, 2014 at 4:52 pm in reply to: Rams attend workout for defensive lineman entering supplemental draft #1298HerzogParticipantIn all seriousness…..He looks like a slim 360 to me…if that’s possible
HerzogParticipantLast year, this team had a lot of strengths, and a few weaknesses which really hurt them. Among those strengths were some very young players that should improve this year. That turns our strengths into Dominating strengths. If Williams can turn our weaknesses into competent units, this team should improve dramatically.
I see us being a 12-13 win type team that wins 10 due to strength of schedule. It is what I expect actually.
July 9, 2014 at 2:44 pm in reply to: Rams attend workout for defensive lineman entering supplemental draft #1286HerzogParticipantBEAST!!
HerzogParticipanteh….I dunno. IT doesn’t matter how the knee “felt”. It matters how well it functioned. I dunno.
HerzogParticipantNo Way. I’m sick of mediocrity. SICK of IT. It needs to be at least 10.
July 8, 2014 at 6:44 pm in reply to: Rams attend workout for defensive lineman entering supplemental draft #1210HerzogParticipantwhat a BEAST….
HerzogParticipantIt’s weird having the Rams Offensive and defensive lines ranked among the league’s best. I’m just not used to it….I could get used to it though….It’s almost surreal actually
