znModeratorHome opener win?
I say win.
Why? Cause. They’re the same team, basically. But St. Louis is at home.

InvaderRamModeratori say win. i see this team just being better in all phases of the game compared to last year.
you know. a lot of key players are at a stage in their careers where they it could just click for them. i’m talking guys in the running back corps, wide receiver corps, defensive line, linebacker corps, and secondary. if they all click at the same time, it could be magical.
we’ll see, but i don’t think i’ve been this positive about the rams in a long time.

NERamParticipantI say “W” cause I just saw an article on Brady, and the caption said he hasn’t missed a start since 2008, and doggone it, there has to be justice somewhere, somehow…
Doesn’t there???

PA RamParticipantI am not optimistic about tomorrow’s game.
I am optimistic for the season.
I hope I am wrong about the first feeling and right about the second one.

WinnbradParticipantHead and gut say win. The Vikes are a bad team. They have one great player, a future HOF running back. That’s it.

nittany ramModeratorI hesitantly say Rams win. Just as PA Ram claims to have a bad feeling about this game, so do I.
However, unlike PA Ram, I am a true fan of the Rams and actually hope that they win. I’m not on this message board pretending to be a fan in order to fulfill some hidden agenda beknownst only to myself.

Drat!
I should have known YOU’D see through my evil little plan, Nittany Ram. It has taken me 40 years of watching these hated Rams and many more years of quietly infiltrating this board and slowly…slowly….planting the seeds of pessimism and despair in a stealthy manner–all to bring down Rams Nation into a deep dark pit of doubt so that one day they would all grow weary and tired of this feeling and jump to the CFL and cheer for my true love…the Toronto Argonauts!!!!!
You bastard!
Go Argos!!!!!!!!

Matt Cassel is Matt Cassel. Norv Turner is Norv Turner for better and worse. What I mean by “worse” with Norv is that he’s not known for adjusting his scheme. And with the Rams DL, there’s potential for that to be really bad if the Minnesota OL isn’t up to task with Turner’s longer developing routes and deeper drops.
IMO, the Rams have the advantage in the trenches on both sides of the ball on paper. And the Vikings still have a majorly questionable defense (that finished 32nd last year in PPG Allowed). But that’s on paper. We shall see.
I can see a close game.
I’ll say:
Rams – 24
Vikings – 17=========

The night before the home opener and I am convinced that no one outside of Gregg Williams knows what kind of defense the #Rams will play.

CrazylegsParticipantI say win too. I think Hill will turn out to be a pleasant surprise today. He manages a close game gets the win.

ZooeyModeratorThe thought of losing to the Vikings is totally unacceptable.
Rams win.
I will add the Raiders, Cowboys, and Washington to that list.
Rams are 4-0, and the season hasn’t even started.

RamsMaineiacKeymasterWhat does your head or gut or both tell you?
My gut tells me to throw up. My head tells me throw up into a toilet. My wallet tells me, this may just be another $100+ per win season with the Sunday Ticket. 🙂
Bring on the soon to be 0-1 Buccaneers.
