Just curious az to what yall think.
What would the Rams record be at this point
if they hadnt lost:
Bradford
C.Long
B.Quick
(and Jake Long, if u think he matters)Would they be over .500? In the Wildcard hunt?
And yes, i know, no-one can really know,
but we can speculate.
Speculating is what separates humans
from mushrooms.I kinda sorta think they would have
won two more games: 6-5.
With a good shot at going
10-6.I cant say the Rams would have won more than
six cause i just dont trust the Rams Defense
or the Oline. They are both just too inconsistent.Course if you took away every teams
top three key injuries they’d all improve too.w

btw, according to Wagoner.w
vNovember 27, 2014 at 3:46 am #12588nittany ramModeratorThey’d be 2-9. Those three clowns would really fuck things up.

November 27, 2014 at 5:45 am #12591GreatRamNTheSkyParticipantI hope Nittany Ram was joking. Chris Long would have been of great benefit to the Rams defense because of his leadership and perhaps the Rams win the Dallas game and the first 49ers game.
Brian Quick was becoming a real weapon for this offense. Anyone who says differently is full of shit.
I feel if Sam Bradford could have stayed healthy we would have been much better off at QB and would have won more games.
Bradford does not lack talent and we were seeing in 2013 that he was coming into his own. 14 TDs vs 4 INTS at the midway point in 2013. In fact he was looking good up until he re-inured his knee this past summer. I just do not see where you benefit from bringing in a rookie QB and throwing him to the wolves. I think the Rams have to bring Sam back and make him the number one.
I have not seen anything out of Hill or Davis that makes me think they are any better an option right now for the Rams than Bradford. Austin Davis had a real opportunity to take the QB job permanently and he fucked it up royal. You have to have courage as a NFL QB and not worry about getting hit. Sorry Austin but I cannot stomach a QB who is so worried about getting hit by the rush that he’s not looking down field. I just don’t see how you broke all of Brett Farve’s records in school doing that.I think the Rams should draft a QB early this coming draft. But they need to keep Sam and he needs to compete for the starting job. I just do not see you having success in 2015 with a rookie at QB. Its time for this team to move on to the next level and start winning on a regular basis and I do not see that happening unless your able to maybe get a Phillip Rivers or Eli Manning etc and go from there. Bradford is the best answer at QB for this team otherwise in 2015.

November 27, 2014 at 8:51 am #12596sdramParticipantWith Bradford, Quick, and Chris Long, I think they’d be around 7-4 instead of 4-7. I think QB mistakes were as big a part of several of the games they lost after taking a lead as the penalties. The KC game, the 405 game, the Philly game, and definetly the cowgirl game would have been winnable without the glaring QB mistakes and Bradford isn’t as mistake prone as either of the Ram backups.

vI don’t think so.
Nittany is an anti-Clownite.

Happy Thanksgiving.

November 28, 2014 at 6:49 pm #12641HighPlainsDrifterParticipantThis thread has become quite disturbing. Bradford is the guy on that list that I think would have made the biggest difference. How much? Two, maybe three games. I don’t know if Quick or Long would’ve made that much difference. Quick perhaps. I’m not really sure Long would have. He was playing when the defense was really stinking it up early on. He’s a good guy to have on the field, but I’m not sure that his actual production is something that can’t be compensated for. Yeah, Bradford’s the guy.

Well as far as i can tell,
Dak, Nittany and 21Dog think
Bradford is a cannibal-clown
who is injury prone.
None of them seems to have a problem
with the cannibal part.Yes, i would say that is
quite disturbing.w
vNovember 28, 2014 at 7:03 pm #12643HighPlainsDrifterParticipantWell, Bradford does seem to be injury prone. Don’t really know about the cannibal clown part. Have never really looked at him in that light. It would be quite the duplicitous life if true. I think I’ll just stick with injury prone.
