Rams RB Todd Gurley also is day to day this week, Sean McVay said.

Sean McVay said safety Lamarcus Joyner is day to day because of his ankle.

In case you’re wondering, no, I don’t get the sense there is a fit with recently released Washington safety D.J. Swearinger and the #Rams

People were sleeping all year on what Pete Carroll was doing up in Seattle. I remember leaving CenturyLink Field after #Rams beat them telling anyone that would listen: The #Seahawks are a playoff team.

Winning at the highest level always comes down to the same three factors:

    Turnovers
Running Game (Run It and Stop It)
    QB Play

Signing a player who is credibly accused of domestic violence and releasing another player within a month for complaining to the media does, in fact, speak to the mindset of the organization.

Former Redskins’ safety D.J. Swearinger, whom Washington released Monday after he publicly criticized its defensive coordinator, officially was claimed on waivers today by the Arizona Cardinals.

    D.J. Swearinger – DB – Cardinals
Cardinals claimed S D.J. Swearinger off waivers from the Redskins.

It means Swearinger made it by zero teams, as the Cardinals had the No. 1 waiver claim. That’s not something you usually want to see when waiving a player. Swearinger is returning to Arizona after spending 2015-16 in the desert. Although prone to creating headaches for coaches, Swearinger has become a much more consistent player in recent years. He could be a 2019 starter for the Cardinals. That is the final year of his contract.
