Remember, the NFL has restrictions on the amount of time coaches can spend with their players.. Not enough time to develop guys w/o those skills already in place.. Young WRs need to spend more time working on craft instead of speed and 40 times. Do cone drills all day.. https://t.co/H3i4TQeZYJ
