The Rams are the only team in the NFL that the dam niners can beat.

This team is just bad…a bad football team.

Can’t wait for next week…a tweak here and another there…bingo.

This has been my least favorite Ram team for a while now. Since the first F’ing forty-niner game. I really dislike this team.

I dont like the way they play football.

2 wins for the 9ers–against the Rams. That says it all.

    Clearly they need new coaching.

But they also need to turn over a lot of this roster. How much? That’s the question.

    Offensive line for sure.

Receivers? For sure they need something more there.

QB? That’s just a big question mark right now. But Goff is staying.

    Defense?

    Secondary needs work for sure.

I think something has to happen with the linebackers–but I’m not sure what.

The line is a bit thin. But it is still a strength of the team. I’d say it has the least questions.

This will not be turned around in one season.

I honestly dont think there will be tremendous turnover next year. I think it will be more a case of adding players and changing things up than subtracting.

But this game really pizzed me off. It;s the defense, allowing 2 touchdowns at the end of how many games now?

I was sort of hoping the new coach would keep Greg Williams because the personnel fits his scheme. But I’m tired of the way the defense collapses at key times. That’s at least partly due to poor coaching, so I no longer want Williams back. Not that it’s likely he will be back anyway…

Yeah–I want him gone. The whole culture needs to change. These guys seem like immature brats. I want smart players, smart coaching and guys who want it more than anything else.

And if they hire Scott Linehan I’ll sit it out for the next few years until he’s inevitably fired. It scares me that his name is in the conversation.

Let’s just fire everybody now and give all the players some time off. 😉

    The team is still close.

They need to fix the Oline and bring Goff along. That’s all they need.

And heart, they need heart. You gotta have heart.

With the right new coaching staff, the team still makes the playoffs next year. Goff has to develop.

Rams melt down in the 4th,..

disturbing to see the Rams d give up back to back TD drives to this struggling SF offense, but the Rams offense really needs to move fucking chains once in in awhile in the 4th to put a game away…too bad Britt got injured.

I hope the new is good. Yhe Rams lose too many winnable games like today. It’s maddening.

Yeah but it was so predictable. I was about 92 percent sure the D was gonna
collapse in the fourth quarter. Thats what they do.

Coupled with an offense that is the worst Ram offense i have seen
    since…98?

I would fire Demoff, All the coaches, the equipment manager, the cheerleaders, the Mascot, and every single player on the team not named Aaron Donald or Johnny Hekker.

I was spared watching this game. I was running around doing errands most of the afternoon, but I did hear a lot of it on the radio. The 9er announcers, of course.

And I just have to echo what others have said. I hate this team. I would have to go back to 98 to find a team I hate as much as this one. This is a collection of feckless losers and incompetents. And there is talent. That’s why I think I hate them. This team is better than the teams Spagnuolo had, for example, but his teams played harder. Just…what the hell.

A lack of desire. No big plays. Did they EVER have the upper hand this season in any game? Any game when you just saw that the Rams were in control? No. Not once.

I do not know what the answer is because I don’t know what the problem is. All I know are the symptoms, and it all adds up to bad, bad, boring football.

I hate to say it but the defense just isn;t the same without Quinn, Long, Laurinaitis, Jenkins, and McCleod. Basically they lost 5 starters. And now Alexander is out too.

Now granted the defense came through for most of 3 quarters. But a couple of times now, they have caved in the 4th quarter with the game on the line. They actually won a couple this year with the game on the line in the 4th but not anymore.

To be honest that bothers me more than the offense typically stalling out after the 1st quarter.

    1. there were more niners fans than rams fans. that was depressing. and it’s not even like the niners are any good. they suck. and the fans were loud. rams fans tried, but it was useless. we were outnumbered.

    2. 2 minutes left before the end of the first half, and they run it 2 times… burn 1 minute.

    3. why not try and get first downs at the end there? what do you have to lose? instead it’s run run pass.

    4. i just knew the defense would blow that lead.

Nowhere to go but up , that had to be the bottom. I didn’t see a team but a bunch of confused individuals.

I think I am going with the “distracted by Los Angeles” hypothesis.

Next year, they may be more able to focus on football after the novelty wears off.

Just frustrated. The 19 games the 49ers played, they beat our Rams 3 times. In fact, they are on a three game win streak against us. Ugh.

Bright lights big city magnifies the pathetic losing. More opposing teams fans than ever were in St. Louis. Enjoy it $tanK.

The upside to being a Rams fan is heartbreak.

    Sprinkles are for winners.
