We sucked today. We couldn’t do anything. The only one who played well, were Hendo 13 carries for 89 yards

Big loss, at Home, to a division rival.

Only saw the highlights but sure looked like the Cardinals
    wanted it more.

I posted this in the media on the Arz game thread ( http://theramshuddle.com/topic/media-on-the-arizona-home-game/#post-132765 ) but it can go here too. I agree with it.

The Rams still have one nasty bad habit. They really come out of big wins feeling themselves a little too much. And then get smacked in the mouth. If you look at our losses in 2020 you’ll see at least 3 “wtf” let downs too, including that whipping we got from Green Bay after dominating the Seahawks.

Feels like this team thinks they’re better than the work they put in week to week. Superbowl teams don’t do that. Guess we’ll see.

I went to the game today That new stadium is phenomenal, the Rams were not..

    Rams lost

    Run defense was terrible

I think the Rams should’ve ran more

    Stafford missed receivers

    Even Gay missed an FG.

    They got beat

Next home game in LA is vs Goff….I want to go…..

Don’t know what to say, really. That was just an ass-kicking. A lot of it was self-inflicted, and some of it was that the Cards were better prepared.

The only thing I can say is that the Rams seemed to get a lot of pressure. They didn’t have much to show for it, though. Murray seems to have Arrived.

Don’t like Long or Rapp, and Fuller is not as effective without Johnson.

    Oh, well.

It will be interesting to see how the Cards handle
all the media-hoopla now that they are the
best team in the history of football.

It was a complete team failure. However, as has been the case since week one it’s the defense that has me the most concerned. Missed passes and INTs are something that Stafford can correct, Michel’s fumble was a tipping point, but I don’t see that as a regular problem for him. The defense, OTOH, had looked vulnerable since the Bears game. I expect good teams to take advantage of the Rams D just like the Cardinals did. Frankly, I’m still surprised that the Rams held Tampa to less than 30 points. I think David Long and the young safeties were exposed all game by Arizona. Also, I don’t know how much that he has left in the tank at this point in his career, but I miss Michael Brokers. I fully expect Seattle use multiple explosive plays to score 30 plus on Thursday night. Hopefully the Rams offense can avoid the turnovers. This isn’t the kind of defense that takes a team on a deep playoff run.
