Alright, so the Rams waived LS Colin Holba, per NFL transaction wire. Now they’re down to two long snappers, two kickers and three punters. Perhaps notable that LS Matt Orzech, claimed yesterday off waivers, played for new ST coordinator Joe DeCamillis in Jacksonville.

I’m just spitballing here but I am guessing the Rams won’t carry all seven of the special teams players on their final roster. Some tough cuts to come.

Sean McVay has an abundance of talent to work with and a new quarterback under center, so he’s in a good position to lead the Rams deep into the playoffs.

According to BetMGM, he has a great chance to win his second NFL Coach of the Year award, too. At +1600, McVay is tied with Kyle Shanahan, Andy Reid, Brandon Staley and Brian Flores for the second-best odds to win the a

Crazy stat from @PSchrags this morning… Tom Brady has never played a game in Los Angeles. He’s played in 299 games.

The Rams will host his Bucs on Sept. 26th, 2021 (Week 3). A new opportunity to end Brady’s run. Shut him down (again) in Week 3, and don’t let him back in Feb.

    from https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-most-underrated-player-on-all-32-nfl-teams

Dating back to college, Darious Williams really doesn’t have any bad tape to his name over any extended period. He assumed the No. 2 corner job in Los Angeles last season and proceeded to earn a top-10 PFF grade, allowing just 48.7% of passes thrown into his coverage to be caught for a passer rating of only 55.4.

By moving Corbett to center and with Evans at RG….

Our OL just got bigger and physically stronger

Corbett is our smallest starting O-Lineman at 6-4, 306lbs and every one else is 6-5 and over 310lbs

To add in our OL bench players,,,, they are all over 310lbs with the exception of Allen (and I don’t believe he will make the 53 man squad, but if he does, I’ll be really surprised)

I wonder if McVay wanted a bigger line
or if it just turned out that way.
