    Hmmm… not sure how I feel about that one. I’ve seen fines for less. No flag, no fine. Interesting.

    I’d love to know what Mike Pereira has to say about that. I follow him on twitter. He’s even responded to some of my rules questions before. Nice guy.

    I’m not trying to be a smart ass, but I’m really not sure what constitutes a personal foul or a fineable offense, in the NFL. Just when I think it looks obvious one way or the other, it turns out it could not have been less obvious.

    that’s BS….. should’ve been at least a 15 yarder…. and no fine after review ….that’s crazy.

    Well i guarantee you if it had been a
    QB slammed, it woulda been a penalty and fine.
    Are the rules different for RBs?
