I think it’s obvious SF takes Minn, and Baltimore takes Tenn.

    Houston loses, seems obvious too.

That’s all home teams, but I think Seattle beats GB.

Only one road team wins, and that is Seattle. Tennesssee & Baltimore may be closer than expected do to their run game, but the Ravens run away with it in the 4th. 9ers, Cheifs, & Seahawks just have opponents that are too easy for them. And will win in routs.

The Lamar Jackson story is the most interesting to me, I guess. The Titans will be a good first test for him in the Playoffs.

I think I wanna see him and Mahomes go at it, in the AFC final.

I gotta say, I cant get excited about any of the teams in the NFC final four. I cant stand Aaron Rogers. I dont like Seattle, or the 49ers. And the Vikings are Cthulhu.

Marcus Peters just tackled Derrick Henry. I’ve really seen it all now.

Ravens looks rusty and out of sync. This first half for the Ravens looks like a bad first half of practice, and coach threatens to start it over. Too bad it’s the post season and not the preseason.

Tennessee Titans are plaguing a very smart game against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. They are taking away the middle of the field and forcing him to throw outside. And their defense is playing fast and chasing him down when he runs. Very impressive.

The Titans picked an excellent time to play their best game of the year.

    Great job by the Titans.

Henry is a beast and so is Rodger Saffold. The Rams should never have let him go.

Mark Ingram injury and Ravens receivers struggling made this a one-man show for Lamar.

He passed or carried the ball on 83 plays, the single-most in NFL history. That is insane. Only one other player has had more than 72 plays (Steve Young had 77 in a playoff game).

Here’s the entire list or RBs that have rush for at least 180 yards in 3 staight NFL games:

    Derrick Henry

    Thats it

    NFL Research@NFLResearch
Derrick Henry is the first player in NFL history with 2 games of 175+ rush yards in the same postseason.

    NFL Research@NFLResearch
Derrick Henry has 561 rush yards in his playoff career, the most by a player in his first 4 playoff games in the Super Bowl era.

The @Titans are the 3rd team since the 1970 merger to beat the No. 1 scoring offense (Ravens) and No. 1 scoring defense (Patriots) in the same postseason.

The other 2 teams both won the Super Bowl (1988 49ers, 2004 Patriots).

There’s a difference between a referendum and a reminder. This loss is not a referendum against Lamar. Simply a reminder. QB Mobility is awesome but has limitations. Ultimately.

Derrick Henry is a beast. The Titans had the perfect game plan for Lamar Jackson, & the Ravens just could not make the adjustments. The schemes confused Jackson as well.

The Titans won Saturday despite being outgained 530-300 (-230).

That’s the worst yardage differential in a win in NFL postseason history

Happy to see @Rodger_Saffold going to the AFC championship! Was always a first-class guy in Rams locker room and obviously a huge difference maker on offensive line. Titans are on a roll.

Wow. I only watched the hi-lites so I just figured the Titans had more yards.

Who the hell are the Titans anyway? How did they do that? The Ravens were a Terminator this year.

I watched a lot of it. Seemed to me that the Ravens had some dropped balls, and Jackson got increasingly skittish and uncontrolled.

They basically controlled both the offensive and defensive LOS, and pounded the Ravens. The Ravens got behind and were not equipped to play catch-up on offense and could not stop the Titans RB on defense. The Titans started out iffy this year with a struggling OL, but once their OL settled down and they switched qbs, they got so they were just physically dominating people.

Sounds a bit like what happened to the GSOT back in 99, when they played the Evil Bucs. The Rams had blasted everyone all year, but then they ran into that Beast-Team. Rams survived, but the Ravens didnt.

Anyway, some folks thin Vrabel is purty smart – at the 3 minute mark:

Many crazy stats came out of #49ers win yesterday but one stuck out: Niners ran the ball 47 times and longest rush was 11 yards. Usually when you have almost 200 rushing yards, you pop a couple big ones. But Niners just kept picking up 4-6 yards. Death by a thousand paper cuts.

I guess at this point, the 49ers vs the Chiefs is about the most entertaining Super Bowl we could get. I spose.

Or maybe Chiefs vs Packers. Replay the first one. Played at the Colo-seum.
