Just glancing at the free agent situation, wondering who the Rams will lose next year.
I know Stafford is under contract through next season.

There’s some solid players on this list, but basically the Rams look set up for another big year next year. Would not surprise me if they ‘go all in’ next season like they did in their super bowl year. Maybe sign a couple of Vonn Miller / OBJ types.

Drafting a CB with a high pick looks likely.

You know, of all those, my bet right now is they only keep Lake.

They will likely draft more than one CB, and in fact early buzz is saying that the 2026 draft is strong at corner.

It’s probably worthwhile to take an early look at the 2027 FA list too since the 2026 draft could anticipate and compensate for potentially losing some of those guys. They can’t keep them all, so maybe they look at drafting kids a year early in 2026 who could step up for the players they might lose in 2027.

That would be the 2023 draft that would either have to be signed or replaced in or by 2027:

    Steve Avila
    Byron Young
    Kobie Turner
    Stetson Bennett
    Warren McClendon
    Davis Allen
    Puka Nacua
    Ethan Evans
    Desjuan Johnson

Well, I’m not sure anyone is gonna offer Havenstein a lot of money at his age, so maybe he resigns for one year?

Higbee is a tough one. McV has always loved him, but he might be costly. Then again, he’s injured a lot, so i dunno if a lot of teams are gonna offer him much.

After next season: Puka, Avila, B.Young, etc…. Best win another Ring next year.

Didnt realize Q.Lake signed an extension. He’s locked up through 2028.
42 million, 25 million guaranteed, or somethin like that.

lake was probably the highest priority fa of 2026?

not sure any of the others need to be re-signed.
