I think they need to resign noteboom. I think he is good and shouldn’t break the bank.

May have enough cap space to resign one more from the Oline on top of him.

If Shelton and Jackson both have good potential that they are seeing in practice then the rams are in good shape for next year on the offensive line

Again, I still feel that we should draft somebody at the Center position, for the long term. That can be the future. Which means we can wait til 2023, for him to make a start. Shelton is a restricted free agent. I still hoping for Nick Ford of Utah with one of our picks.

One thing I’m looking at, is a possible trade scenario, that I have this gut feeling on. The Raiders are going to call the Rams, and will look to give the Rams their first round pick for Robert Woods. I know it’s crazy, but call it a gut feeling. I still believe, both Snead and McVay will turn it down.

I still say, there are 4 positions to be concerned about, going into next year. In alphabetical order.
Center
Cornerback – Opposite of Jalen Ramsey
Inside Linebacker
Left Offensive Tackle

They have their center. It’s Shelton.

They have their LOT if they can sign Noteboom. Too soon to say how good Jackson is, but he did start without a hitch last Sunday.

I’m not as high on Shelton as you are. I don’t see neither Noteboom, nor Shelton as long term answers. I really love Nick Ford of Utah, and we should be able to get him in the 4th round. Shelton can play Center for season, before Ford moves to the Center position.

=============
How does the NFL break a tie within a division?

Head-to-head record.
Best win percentage in games played within the division.
Best win percentage in common games.
Best win percentage in games played within the conference.
Strength of victory.
Strength of schedule.
==================

Eventually you get to coin toss, which is the last resort. I assume teams from a hat, is if it comes down for a 3 way. or more, if all other things can’t decide from the top.

Still have some work to do. We need to fix up our run D. And the Oline was inconsistent tonight, like pretty much this season.

Goff has been alright.

In their 2 wins, both recent, Goff was 46 of 67 for 6 TDs and 1 INT w/ an avg. qb rating of around 130.

That does not just happen because of the running game and it’s better than just “alright.”

It seems to me that part of the Detroit story this year was a new coach, coordinator, and qb all getting on the same page the hard way.

It also looks like JG getting more confident.

But Craig Reynolds is not just any RB. He is an RB that went to Thee Kutztown University. Just saying

The Lions could easily be in the five or six win range.

It will be interesting to see what they do about
their QB situation. What do they think of Goff?

Goff has been alright. But it’s a Kutztown University player, like Craig Reynolds, that is making the team better, as always. Which is helping them win. That’s what Kutztown University athletes do, we make teams better. Plus, us KU alums make people around, smarter. SInce I am a Kutztown University alumni, I make everyone on these boards smarter.

I just saw, that we play at the same time as the WFT at Eagles game. Both are 7PM. That’s Eastern standard time.

I assume, I won’t be able to see the Rams on TV, since I live in Eagles country. Ugh

If correct, we have a lot of Free Agents, after this season ends, but they are not the big salary guys, except for Von Miller. Also, Whit could retire, after this season.

We need to start proving that we can beat physical teams. If we get in as a Wild-Card, we will be playing Dallas.A physical team on both sides. If we can get lucky, and get through Dallas, we need to learn how to beat Aaron Rodgers, & January Tom.

We have played better, but we still have some inconsistency on both sides of the ball. Hopefully, that can be cleaned up.

Tonight’s one of the prove it game for the Rams. It will show, if they are back. A loss tonight means, they can’t beat a winning team this time of year. Heck, the last time we beat a team that has a winning record, you have to go back to September 26, which is week 3. So, it has been awhile.

Should be considered like a bye week. In other words, we should be blowing these guys out. This Jags team is no where as good as the past three teams we played, or will be playing, in the coming weeks.

Also, another some people forget, this is the third game straight game, where Stafford threw a pick six. It feels that Stafford is worse than Goff right now, not better. Hopefully, that comes around.

Last time they lost 3 in a row was the first half of the 2019 season.

We ended up missing the playoffs.

At least we have a week off next week. We have Jacksonville, at home. In other words, our losing streak should come to end.

The problem with Rittenhouse case, was when the judge said the two people he killed, and the individual he injured, were not allowed to be called victims, but they could be called, arsonists, looters, and rioters.

McVay should have started in the 2nd quarter, with Stafford rolling out. It was not working in the first quarter, and got worse in the 2nd, where the Titans took advantage. We had to play way behind, which isn’t good.

Here’s a look at the Rams’ projected draft picks in 2022 after acquiring Michel from the Patriots.

1st round (0): Traded to Lions for Matthew Stafford
2nd round (1): Own pick
3rd round (2): Own pick + compensatory pick (Brad Holmes hiring)

4th round (0): Traded to Texans in Brandin Cooks deal
5th round (1): Own pick
6th round (0): Traded to Patriots for Michel
7th round (2): Own pick + pick acquired in Aqib Talib trade

<span class=”d4pbbc-font-color” style=”color: blue”>That looks to me like we have a 3, 5, and two 7s left in next years draft.

I looked Online, and didn’t see us getting Brandin Cooks back.
