Eternal RamnationParticipantHard to believe the Rams team we saw today beat the Cards in AZ.
Eternal RamnationParticipantYup that was some %#@$ed up $&*# !
Eternal RamnationParticipantMy Niece fights mma and Boxes as well. Her opinion was Rousey didn’t train for the fight seriously. I found a video of Holly dropping her opponent with the same left roundhouse to the head about a month before the fight and sent it to her(my Niece ) She still thought Rousey would win easy.Even in her last fight, yeah she knocked her out but she ate a few punches on the way in. Holly landed way more and her power is another level above mma fighters. I have not seen a Cyborg fight but Holly and Rousey weighed in equal and Holly looked like a giant compared to Rousey in the octagon. No way Rousey goes up to 145.
Eternal RamnationParticipantHe missed a couple of throws ? Actually he made a couple of throws but missed the rest of them…at home…. in the dome….with no wind…wide fucking open receivers…the whole damn gamne…
November 15, 2015 at 5:46 pm in reply to: A well coached team with good QB play is hard to beat (post-Bears game thread) #34147
Eternal RamnationParticipantWhat the hell happened to G-Rob ? He was gawd awful today.
There is no acceptable excuse for this team’s play today
Eternal RamnationParticipantMcdonald has been upgraded as well , Long actually practiced so maybe next week for him now we gotta hope Ogletree’s return is relevant. With so many starters back and Jefferys’ groin issue I see the Rams winning this one.
Eternal RamnationParticipantQuinn and Havenstein upgraded looking good for Sunday. Ayers is full go Mcdonald is probably not going to play, there is a chance but it’s slim.Still with Big Rob and the Mighty Quinn both lines should be a lot better, enough to beat the Bears.
Eternal RamnationParticipantI think it all just boils down to the Rams second string D battled the vikes for almost 5 quarters and fell 3pts. short. The wind was huge
Eternal RamnationParticipantUnbelievably the sportscasters here are talking about investigating Williams for targeting.Unreal .We send are smallest slowest db out to take out Bridgewater yeah that’s logical.
Eternal RamnationParticipantInteresting to hear Fisher’s take ,Zimmer sounds passive aggressive to me “if this were in the street there probably would’ve been a fight” Didn’t see him look for Williams didn’t want to talk to Fisher just get to the press conference and then start up like that ,what a baby,it’s not like they weren’t diving at Foles knees most of the game
Eternal RamnationParticipantBtw, i watched that Joyner play, and it did not
look to me, like Joyner bashed the QB with bad intentions.
Looked a lot worse than it was.
Looked to me like Joyner COULD have clobbered him
but instead just glanced off of him. Joyner
changed the angle of attack so as to ‘almost’
miss him completely. He shouldnt have touched
the QB at all, but I dont think he meant
to do any damage — i think he meant to just
strafe real close to him — but he grazed him
a little too much.watch it closely. What do yall think?
w
vI agree and Teddy had plenty of time to get down he was trying to make the marker.
Eternal RamnationParticipantTeddy just ran for a td and a 2pt. conversion, What’s Joyner supposed to do meet him with some nice heated towels and ask “Will you be sliding or gashing us for another td this afternoon Mr. Bridgewater ? Teddy had five yards to seek protection he tried to get the marker. Joyner rolled over the top of him barely a hit at all. That’s the same announcer that was calling the Rams a dirty team this preseason. like for the whole second half. If Williams wanted to take Teddy out there are about 10 other guys out there that could’ve done a much better job. Hell if Teddy stiff armed Joyner who goes what a buck 80 he’d probably still be running
Eternal RamnationParticipantI don’t see quite that bad. We were missing 4 starters on D and Havenstein and not just guy’s either Quinn McDonald ,Ogletree even Long was playing his best in two years. All those guy’s had a shot at the probowl. We could still get in actually we could still take division but that lousy passing attack will make it tough.
Eternal RamnationParticipantouch! Well the vikes is almost as bad

Eternal RamnationParticipantNo offense Jack but that is some Gawd awful shit imo anyway. I am not a big rap guy but usually I can pick something out like the rhythm/bass/drums and want to improvise some guitar over it but this, I just wanted it to end.
November 7, 2015 at 1:37 pm in reply to: Prediction thread – Minnesota Vikings – out of doors #33709
Eternal RamnationParticipantI don’t know ZN, Loadholt is out for the season C Sullivan had a setback after back surgery this is far from the OL that blew the Rams 2yds of the LOS last year. Kalil is doing better this year but Berger Fusco Clemmings that interior is pretty soft these days.
That’s fair. You know them better than I do by far.
So you are saying he’s a Viking fan. I see.
We will have to open up another front,
in the board-war. Raider fans AND Viking fans, now.w
vI see right through this clever ruse WV. You’re just trying to distract attention away from your Brady sniffing being the real cause of deflate gate.
November 7, 2015 at 1:32 pm in reply to: Prediction thread – Minnesota Vikings – out of doors #33708
Eternal RamnationParticipantInjuries might be a problem. If Quinn is out or limited, that will really reduce our effectiveness against run and pass. And our OL can’t afford to lose a rookie who’s been settling in at RT.
Another eerie similarity, injuries the vikes DT Floyd is out LB Kendricks out LB Barr is dinged and questionable. I think we’ll be okay at DE considering the Rams depth on the DL but if Big Rob can’t go a RT I agree that’s a problem.
Eternal RamnationParticipantHappy Birthday Herzog !
Eternal RamnationParticipantPlus head to head we beat #1 and #3, scorched AZ’s “No Fly Zone” for 3 TD’s and only gave up one on D and getting an int off Palmer against one of the top wr’s groups in the league and they’re number 1 ?
November 6, 2015 at 3:16 pm in reply to: Prediction thread – Minnesota Vikings – out of doors #33666
Eternal RamnationParticipantIf this game gets down to who has the better OL right now, though…long day for the Rams.
When was the last time the Rams won 3 in a row? 2012. So at least it was within living memory.
.
I don’t know ZN, Loadholt is out for the season C Sullivan had a setback after back surgery this is far from the OL that blew the Rams 2yds of the LOS last year. Kalil is doing better this year but Berger Fusco Clemmings that interior is pretty soft these days.

Eternal RamnationParticipantAccording to the most recent forecast that I looked at they’re expecting a high of 14 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 degrees Celsius on game day in Minneapolis. The game takes place on the 8th day of the 11th month of the year. The logical thing to do is to find the sum of the high temperature and the day of the month, and then find the sum of the low temperature and the 11th month of the year, 14+8=22 and 6+11=17.
The Rams defense racks up 11 safeties in a 22-17 win.
In non-Canookian the forcast is 57 and sunny S wind 10-20mph. I’m a couple miles from their practice facility so 65-52 in the USA translation I think the 11 safeties will still work.
November 5, 2015 at 11:44 pm in reply to: catch percentage, drops, and other bad things from the dark side #33611
Eternal RamnationParticipantCatch percentage
This is for every WR and TE who has been with the Rams both years, and has had 20 or more targets.
2014:
Tavon Austin 70.5%
Stedman Bailey 65.2%
Kenny Britt 57.1%
Jared Cook 52.5%
Lance Kendricks 71.1%
Brian Quick 64.1%2015
Tavon Austin 61.5%
Stedman Bailey 47.6%
Kenny Britt 46.2%
Jared Cook 54.3%
Lance Kendricks 56.3%
Brian Quick 40.0%T.A. been hitting the JUGS machine this year and with Bailey and Quick getting so few targets , well really all the wr’s targets down. You drop one of two targets and you get huge swings in percentages. Bailey seems to me to be a guy that needs reps to get in the game, with TA and Gurley running their two man game so effectively Baileys opportunities are fewer and fewer.
November 5, 2015 at 9:06 pm in reply to: Prediction thread – Minnesota Vikings – out of doors #33601
Eternal RamnationParticipantI’ve been watching all the Vikings games reading their boards and some stuff that sticks out. Vikes fans in general regard both defenses equal, giving the DL some respect and with it a near constant “their secondary doesn’t scare me’ and generally claiming superiority in that area. I have no idea why, other than they have not seen a Rams game this season I mean we did pick off Rodgers twice ,Palmer ,Wilson etc. our cb’s have 4 picks theirs have a big fat goose egg and it’s not like they’ve played Rodgers at home either. They don’t seem to understand or maybe it’s accept that red zone defense and points allowed are different stats. The one thing they do have is they can come back because they’ve had to for the last 3 games at least. Of course this is just fans talking so it all means very little. My feeling is these fans have a new understanding of tough defense after this game. https://vimeo.com/10815350
Eternal RamnationParticipantHappy Birthday Mack!
Eternal RamnationParticipantWired: McDonald vs 49ers (00:05:55)
Listen to all the big hits from safety T. J. McDoandl in the Rams win over the 49ers on this weeks Wired
All gas no brakes McSplatters for everyone.
Eternal RamnationParticipantCoach O is so knowledgeable on the coach-able stuff he makes some good points. I look at the one constant on offense over the last four seasons. It’s Fisher. Look at the offenses he had at TN and you see the same stuff coming up over and over. I can’t blame the OC because we’ve seen this now through how many OC’s ? Almost 16 years ago to try and tie/win the Super Bowl Fisher goes with a pass to a big strong physical wr best known for his blocking in the run game .
Eternal RamnationParticipantThis defense may not be elite but they are elite hitters. They are absolutely vicious out there!
Eternal RamnationParticipantWhich is it guys? Is Jenkins probable or questionable?
Probably questionable
Sorry if I messed up your post. I couldn’t stand the way the quote thing showed up. 😉

Agamemnon.
Eternal RamnationParticipantDidn’t like the Rams’ first offer ? They are notorious lowballers and know he will be getting high dollar offers in FA .I think they try hard to keep him but they are deep at cb and Safety and can’t keep everybody.
Eternal RamnationParticipantSound like cool people
