Just puttin the obvious in black n white. But. Kiser take’s Littleton’s spot and Littleton takes Barron’s spot.

yes. which i think might be a better fit for littleton.

really hope kiser is the answer. then they need to address outside linebacker.

this is gonna be a big test for the front office.

I don’t want to draft a LBer, Safety, CB, or Offensive player in the first round in this year’s draft. I am going Dline, Edge, or trade down

i agree except for oline. i think protecting goff is paramount. so they better be sure allen is ready. and noteboom if saffold leaves.

    For all you Dexter lover’s

    haha.

seriously though. he’s got the size. 6’4″ 340 lbs. length. 34 3/4″ arms. by the way he lifted 225 36 times with those insanely long arms. and his legs carried those 340 pounds 40 yards in 5.05 seconds. i just wish he coulda finished the rest of the workout.

i think he’s got more pass rush potential than we might think. but more than that just occupying blockers and collapsing the pocket, he’ll make everyone else better. his closest comparison would be linval joseph or even haloti ngata.

you don’t find guys who can generate his kind of power. shoot. ask him to drop 10 pounds, and he’ll still be able to generate an insane of power while gaining some more quickness.

Lawrence is ok. I just think Simmons and Tillery are better. I am fine with keeping Brockers, too. I think the Rams will use the first round draft choice on some kind of pass rusher. imo
Simmons and Tillery have some pass rush in them, more than Lawrence. They can play DE in a 3-4. They said Tillery can even do a bit of LBer. Simmons can play a 3 technique.

they should go best player available. if that’s simmons or tillery so be it.

or if they trade down, that’s cool too.

even an edge rusher. even if they re-sign fowler or get a fa. not sure ebukam is the answer and who knows about okoronkwo. even of that edge rusher is in the middle rounds. they need four guys who can legitimately compete for playing time on the edges.

tillery at linebacker would be wild. what intrigues me about tillery is he came to notre dame as an offensive lineman, so he’s relatively raw compared to other prospects, but he’s also got that disposition you want in a defensive lineman.

well if brockers stays i’m on the draft dexter lawrence train.

i know ag will disagree but a 340 pounder who moves that fast with that kind of length?

    drool.

Jordan Brailford Oklahoma St. 6025 252 4.65 4.66 1.62 22 DNP 37.5 10-6 9 1/8 32 1/2 Okay … I don’t know how many clubs are seeing what I’m seeing. At OKst. they moved him around mercilessly because of his athleticism, from DT to the slot. But at the East West game, he was unstoppable just playing DE. I think he’s horrifically underrated. Im looking at him as early as the fourth regardless of what we have taken so far.

interesting. i’d take him in the lower rounds.

i’d actually be much more comfortable if they got a fa like houston or barr. someone proven.

and then get a defensive lineman with the first pick.

Burns is another guy to keep your eye on. Although it is doubtful we would be lucky enough for him to fall to us.

good length too 33 7/8″ arms. 36″ vert.

good 3 cone drill too at 7.01.

Another DL the #Rams met with formally: Notre Dame’s Jerry Tillery. Told me he could definitely see himself fitting in in L.A with the #Rams.

i like what i read about him.

very much in the richard seymour/deforest buckner/arik armstead mold in terms of length, size, speed, strength, explosion numbers.

    plus he’s produced in college.

my only question is does he last that long? seems like a good prospect.

Maybe Jerry Tillery will be there.

i think tillery would be a good way to go too.

he’d be a good replacement for brockers. maybe even an upgrade.

Besides that, he’s got itsy bitsy hands.

he does have those long arms though.

woulda been nice to see him perform at the combine, but he had a big red flag pop up.

    Deep draft?

    that’s what they say.

and at least today, lots of athleticism on display. dline and edge rushers.

even devin white and devin bush showed out.

they could trade back and still get a front seven player.

well. one more day to go.

lots of talent on display today. somebody’s gonna be there at 31 or they can trade down.

dline or edge rusher. maybe even a guy like devin bush?

somebody will be there. and of course a run on qbs should push guys down.

so joe barry is leading the lb drills. that’s good especially considering the rams need linebackers. although i do like kiser a lot. littleton too if they can re-sign him.

    montez sweat 4.4 40 36″ arms 260 pounds.

he will not be there when the rams pick.

but this group is definitely the group to watch. rams need to get their guy whoever that is.

He would be fine. A number of mocks have him going to the Rams. I would rather take a chance on Simmons or trade down.

ferguson is not participating in the combine due to a past issues with domestic violence. as is simmons.

rashan gary 6’4″ 277 pounds 34″ arms 9 5/8″ hands just ran a 4.59. you could line him up as a 3-4 de or an edge rusher holy crap!

He is certainly in play, but what about Jeffery Simmons? I get the feeling that the Rams really want an edge guy, even if they resign Fowler.

don’t know as much about simmons. edge rusher is a possibility too. i just think you plug lawrence in at nose tackle, and he not only makes your edge rushers better but he frees up donald too.

maybe you pick up an edge rusher later and let him, ebukam, okoronkwo, and possibly fowler compete.

    dl and lb today.

dexter lawrence at 342 pounds just ran a 5.05 40.

wowsers. unfortunately he came up lame at the end of the run. he also threw up 36 reps on the bench press. with 34.75″ arms. i mean goodness. will have to wait until his pro day to see the rest of the numbers.

that’s the guy i want if he drops. he could given he tested positive for a ped. obviously, the rams would have to do their homework.

i should also add that hockenson looked fluid in drills compared to fant. just my opinion.

Dalton Risner is the name to watch. imo
Otherwise I think they go defense or trade down.

i think trade down is best. i do wanna see oline at some point. risner sounds like a center/guard prospect with potential to even play right tackle.

    short arms
    really short arms

    trex arms.

tight ends. i know the rams don’t need one, but the two iowa tight ends are outrageous.

noah fant is just a freak, but the better fit for the rams might be hockenson.

only a 4.7 40 but still good for his size. but his agility (4.18 short shuttle) and explosion (37.5″ vert) numbers are impressive.

he’s got short arms but equally devastating in the blocking game as he is in the passing game. he would complete that offense.

early winner for oline is garrett bradbury from nc state – center. projected by brooks to go to the rams.

    https://www.nfl.com/prospects/garrett-bradbury?id=32194252-4109-2951-18e8-697b9ff5297c

good size. athletic. although rams supposedly really like allen from what i’ve read.

    defense starts tomorrow.

Best sense I can get, if any stem cell treatment is being contemplated for Todd Gurley’s knee issue, the suggestion/idea is not coming from the #Rams.

first of all. what the fuck?

second of all. i heard stem cell therapy might not be all it’s cracked up to be.

third of all. what the fuck???

    my picks were:

    31: R1P31
    DL DEXTER LAWRENCE
    CLEMSON

    94: R3P30
    TE DAWSON KNOX
    MISSISSIPPI

    99: R3P35
    S JAQUAN JOHNSON
    MIAMI

Do they really need a TE over an edge rusher/OLB?

    ….

    no they really don’t.

the smart way would be to go defense. i think even inside linebacker wouldn’t be a bad idea.

“I think Hockenson’s the cleanest player in the draft,” Jeremiah said. “There’s nothing that you’d want from that position that he doesn’t have. He has all of it. We just saw the value of in-line, ‘Y’ tight end in the playoffs. I’m not saying he’s Gronk. But he’s dominant in the run game, and it’s hard to find that without sacrificing athleticism. … To me, as a draft pick, he’s right in the middle of the fairway.”

man i just love what i read about this kid.

but rams have so many needs on defense. and it’s a deep draft for dline and edge rushers?

on offense they gotta keep the oline intact and hope goff keeps developing which i think he will.
