Hmmmm, Cant find much information on him. Seems to be a sack specialist at best.

None of that was anticipated. They just caught the Rams OL injury bug.

I still respectfully disagree. Guys that have been hurt, tend to get hurt again. Even if it isn’t the same part of the body.

I’m disappointed they didn’t make a run at the first tier offensive lineman. How many O-lineman do we have under contracts? Something ridiculous like 5.

BTW, Jimmy Graham to the Seahawks is going to be a total nightmare.

To me calling Wells and Long bad signings is pure hindsight.

I’m gonna disagree with this. They were both coming off injuries (if memory serves correctly)

I love Kendricks though. I think he COULD be a great recieving threat, but he’s just too damn good in other areas and they have Cook. I actually hate Cook. I wish they’d have more plays for Kendricks, the dude can catch the football.

Chip Kelly is bringing in a lot of injured players. He doesn’t seem to worry about that. He apparently has some “sports science” program he believes in that is supposed to help injured players. I’m not quite sure what it is. But he certainly doesn’t worry about injured players. He looks at it more as an opportunity.

    Interesting.

    He’s a fool

I’m drinking the Foles Koolaid. I like him.

I’m seriously about to order his jersey.

I dunno man….I’ve been reading a lot about Foles. We are dealing with two glassdoll quarterbacks here. So in the end, it might not matter which one we have, except for the cap space.
That being said, I’m not so sure Bradford is better. Bradford has had some solid games, but Foles has had some spectacular games surpassing Bradford’s best. He made the pro-bowl as an alternate, something Bradford hasn’t sniffed. And even last year, there was chatter that he was playing hurt. And even if he wasn’t I have no problem with his performance b/c Philly had like 3 back up offensive lineman. And we all know what that can do to a quarterback (think Bulger).

Don’t get me wrong. I think Bradford was about to break out the last two years. His breakout performances still might not have reached Foles 2013 numbers. The man had 27 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions (that’s not a typo). he is the only quarterback in NFL history to have a perfect passer rating and 7 touchdowns in a single game.
In 2014 he started out bad, but had two excellent games right before he got hurt. This will be his fourth year in the league. He was young when all this happened.
I’m not so sure Bradford is better. In fact, I think Foles is a LOT better than any of us are giving him credit for.

It might not matter. He’s another glassdoll, just like Bradford. If he can stay healthy, we might just have something here.

I don’t know much about him, but if he played for the Raiders so how good could he be? If he is as good as he seems, that would change the whole complexion of our line. Man O Man.

Rams don’t seem to care to much about a free agent center. That’s a shame.

I agree, but I don’t see how it’s going to happen. You can only count on a couple of great O-line prospects through the draft……and “beast through free agency” doesn’t happen very successfully, very often. Servicable is the most you can expect from free agency. If Barksdale leaves, than the situation becomes even worse. We can pony up for Barksdale, but he is more in the “servicable” category.

At some point, some of these lower round draft prospects need to earn their keep. I liked Barnes, but he’s gone, which means we don’t even have a center.

If we get Foles, I guarantee you it’ll cost of us a beast (meaning opportunity cost).

Yet that Super Bowl defense was not highly rated. (If memory serves)
It is possible that today’s NFL might have passed him by a little.
The best defensive coordinator in Fishers tenure with the Rams so far has been no defensive coordinator (or I guess you can say Fisher himself)

I’m not sure if your question applies to me as I was born and raised in that area, but haven’t lived there in some time.

I’d prefer the Jags. Like you said, Khan seems like a great owner.

I’m locked in as a Rams fan though. Doesn’t matter where they go.

Next year scares me. Even if we are competitive this year… What’s going to happen next year when we have to let playets go due to cap problems. I don’t see how we can pay them all.

It always seemed to me like his scheme was a “steal from Peter to pay Paul” type scheme.

I could be wrong though.. I just don’t know.
