Overall philosophy seems to be totally different. Williams was high risk high reward. Wades defense seems to be more of a “cover all the bases” type defense. I actually hated Williams defense.

The best defense we had in the last ten years was Jeff Fishers defense. The year Greg Williams got suspended and Fisher was basically acting d coordinator.

Mcvay s reaction is really interesting. He certainly knows what to say in front of a camera.

Krupp reminds de me of no other player. In fact he reminds me of Mcvay. I’ve never heard of a player studying all 3 offenses. Good stuff.

So we all let the “guard playing tackle” and “tackle playing guard” thing go because we figured these guys must know something we don’t. Well, it turns out they were just being stupid and now have lost some seriously valuable time having them learn a new position when they should have been perfecting there natural positions. Am I the only one extremely annoyed by this?
Also, you mean to tell me Greg Robinson or Barnes wouldn’t have made this club better? We have no depth on the OL.

Well, yes, and no. Its a razor’s edge between going 4-12 and 9-7. That is indeed a razor’s edge.

But its not a razor’s edge between 4-12 and where the Patriots are.

So, yeah, they could have been a wildcard team. But you can say that about almost every team in the NFL. They can almost all get to that “just over .500 plataeu”

But of course we want more than that.
