I’ve not seen steadier improvement in any other QB but as far as Goff goes I gotta disagree with laram here watching the Seattle game and the vikes game comparatively there has been substantial growth. Waldman’s analysis is from a wide enough angle to include what Goff is dealing with ( avoiding a safety/strip sack or int) imo looking at a still and saying this guy is open is a very narrow lens, too narrow to see any improvement.

Nope against Seattle Kupp beat double coverage and Woods was always open Watkins as well. Goff can make tight window throws and has but they’ve been dropped or fumbled. Kupp is making a significant adjustment. In college he was the guy now he’s the rook and not the first option. When you watch say the skins game or hags game and then watch the vikes game Goff has grown a lot even in the loss. He is just deadly at the up tempo line calls now. He is still very young so we’ll see hiccups but Goff is on the way.

The Vikes are tough at home and the D just looked off. That’s to be expected with 3 dbs out Hatfield needs time on the practice squad before Wade puts him on an island with Theilan . Small front 7 wore down. There was some home cooking but there was for the Rams at home too. Wade had a tough day. Kupp’s dropping fumbling is a problem. Woods left on a cart haven’t heard anything on that.

I have a vikings hoodie I bought and wore for one viking game. (I live in Minneapolis) here’s the result. Eagles beat up Bradford, hand Vikings first loss 21-10
PHILADELPHIA — Josh Huff returned a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown, Carson Wentz outplayed Sam Bradford and the Philadelphia Eagles beat Minnesota 21-10 on Sunday, handing the Vikings their first loss of the season.
The Eagles (4-2) snapped a two-game losing streak while the rested Vikings (5-1) hardly looked like an unbeaten team after having a bye.
Bradford returned to Philadelphia for the first time since his trade to Minnesota eight days before the season opener paved the way for Wentz to start. Bradford was 7-7 in his only season with the Eagles and won his first four starts for the Vikings.
But the Eagles pressured and harassed their former quarterback all game, sacked him six times, and forced his first three turnovers this season.

You have to give him credit for the core defense Brockers , Donald , Tree , Joyner , Trujo and the Barron trade.

yeah. and i also give him credit for gurley and goff.

his main problem was holding onto guys like britt and grob and cook.

but i seem to remember vermeil having a soft spot for phillips and banks. maybe not quite the same, but in 99 they made some key changes that sparked the turnaround. i say if fisher picks the right offensive coordinator it could have been a different story. but most likely not the huge success it has been this year. i mean the rams swung for the fences on this one and may actually have hit the sweet spot.

Problem is he had Gurley, Goff and Mannion and a healthy OL and still couldn’t win. It didn’t help that he couldn’t draft somebody that could catch. Sloppy undisciplined coaching. If the coaching didn’t improve drastically the team would not have improved so drastically. Fisher got 5 full years and DV got 2. Some of that blame lands on ownership who imo was more worried with moving to L.A. than winning in fact losing probably helped pave the way for the move.

I couldn’t stand him and his hand picked team was one of the healthiest teams in the league in 2016 and he went 4 and 12. I think he’d make a good DC or DL consultant but as far as a coach he rarely got it done. You have to give him credit for the core defense Brockers , Donald , Tree , Joyner , Trujo and the Barron trade.

Yeah I would stay away from pills . I use the Aluball mentioned in the article most of the time it’s easy and quicker than the traditional prep. You can find reputable vendors root powder here http://kavaforums.com/forum/ a few of them are on amazon as well.

Nice having a 94 yard Red Zone but they need to start fast next week . Playing catch up to the vikes with that D is not where you want to be.

They did lose to the Pack with AR and the Lions. That D is no joke Keenum fits Shurmer’s system well but Donald and Co will rattle him with pressure. Diggs and Theilan are damn good and they have a good ground game as well. The Rams can beat them but the can’t give away the first half . They’ll need to be sharp and bring it early especially the D.

So glad Woods is a Ram. He sounds focused to me they all do but Woods is as McVay says the right people and he also says something I’ve been saying since Woods came out of the draft he’s faster than you think he is.

I expected improvement and that’s what I saw. The D still having issues early. The bomb to Watkins was a thing of beauty. The Rams did what good teams a supposed to do to teams in the situation the Gints are in. Seattle lost at home to a similarly banged up Wash team.

The Rams are elite at keeping their offense on the field. I don’t know the stats but they have been very good on converting 3rd downs and lead the league in scoring because of it. I would love to see them use Reynolds in the redzone.

yup but the Rams beat them in AZ.17-13. Interesting the Rams have a better record on the road than at home so far so I’m glad this one’s in London. The Cards got LT Humphries and LG Boone back yesterday just in time for AP’s debut against the imploding Buccs. Their OL will be vastly improved for the Rams game. I suspect AP is running emotion for fuel and he will come back to Earth against the Rams. Still it will be a tough game for both teams. McVay seems better at planning than Arians, more organized.

To me it looked like Jax was trying to out physical the Rams and they couldn’t do it. After Fournette’s big run the Rams were really putting the hurt on him, Ogletree looked to be earning his raise. Hopefully Joyner makes it back for London. Bottom line this Defense is becoming a damn good unit . Woods is one tough dude. Watkins seems out of sync with the whole team. McVay seems too tight on the play calling at times when he loosens up he’s better. Being he’s already won as many games as all of last season very minor complaints indeed.

The first quarter was great but after that mistakes and missed opportunities and not much fun to watch. I think playing in front of a sparse crowd where hags fans out number Rams fans wears on this young team. How do you put TA back out for a 2nd punt? How do you fumble through the endzone when your foot is already out of bounds? 10 points for these guys is simply unacceptable and the hags sure didn’t look like Superbowl contenders on D either. Watkins seem lackadaisical watching balls hit the turf while Woods worked his ass off yet again. I guess it’s so disappointing because this team is capable of so much more but they were just off.

Goff is growing quickly the OL played a hell of a game. The D has more ability than they show Brockers had a great game Tree needs to work on tackling. The back end without Joyner is going to be out of sync hope he’s back for the cesspool ducks. The chat is the happening place to be this season (and every other season). The Refs were brutal made us score twice. Nfl network said to sit Legatron who scored 23 pts. The adjustments made at the half were outstanding just like a real Nfl team! The rookies Kupp and Everett made crucial plays.

internet, Amazon Fire TV and Sunday Ticket To Go (No dishes allowed on my side of the building). The picture is better than what I used to get with a Direct TV dish because the Amazon Streaming box upgrades the picture to 4K UHD looks great even on my old 720p set.
