Aaron Donald – recipient of our best pass rusher award – led the league with 33 QB pressures in the 4th quarter+overtime this season

Great coaches will adapt the scheme to their players. Phillips puts his best players in optimal positions to make plays… Some coaches talk about it but Phillips actually does it.

I was asked a great question yesterday on @TikiandTierney show.. what are the tangible reasons why I think Goff is a good QB. Besides the obvious stock answers of when and how he throws the football, IMO a lot of Goff’s genius comes from plays when he decides NOT to throw.

Don’t expect the Rams fan base to launch another petition to remove referee John Parry from the Super Bowl. Parry has worked 7 Rams games since 2008 & the Rams are 7-0. He worked one NE game this season & the Pats were assessed a season-high 14 penalties in a loss at Pittsburgh.

@dantefowler sacked Tom Brady twice in last year’s AFC Championship Game, and just had his best pass-rushing performance as a member of the @RamsNFL in the NFC Championship Game. #LARams #SBLIII

a stat just mentioned on Boston sports radio

No team has ever won the Super Bowl with a losing road record (regular season). Patriots are 4-5 in 2018.

    Just another anecdote.

By the way, Rams are 7-2 this year on the road (and 15-3 overall away from the Coliseum under McVay).

Did anyone see the story on Robey-Coleman being lined up on the opposite side of the field to begin the play?. He diagnosed it just before the snap and no one else on defense saw the WR crouching in the backfield. It was a great read on the alignment /motion.

He is a great little player vs the pass and bubble screen.

Please understand he didn’t get beat in the truest sense of things …He ran to pick up an open man away from his area of responsibility !

Actually, the Pats were 3-5 on the road in the regular season. That 4th road win is last week in KC.

3-5. They truly suck as a franchise. Word here in California is that they robbed the Chiefs, and don’t deserve to be in the Super Bowl.
