Rams have brought RB Larry Rose back, team announces.
Rose spent OTAs with the team after signing right after the draft. Guessing this means John Kelly likely sits Thursday. Nice opportunity for Rose to try to flash in preseason to make an argument for a practice squad place.

Austin Blythe remains on track to start at right guard for the Rams’ first two games, with Jamon Brown suspended. McVay said Blythe won’t play Thursday, and will sit with the starters.

Sean McVay will not play starters in a preseason finale on Thursday, including OLBs Matt Longacre and Dominique Easley. Longacre was limited through the preseason after returning from back surgery and Easley was recently taken off the PUP list after recovering from an ACL tear suffered last August. McVay said he anticipated that both would play a role this season.
