You remember last year there was a ton of talk about how great the DLine would be and would they break the sack record, etc.
And then…Nada. For the first six games or so.
But now, with the addition of Fairly, they look even ‘more’ scary. So, once again, we’ll be knee deep in preseason hype.
Wonder how it will turn out this time?
Sure ‘looks’ like the best DLine i can remember since the 80’s. Or you might even have to go back to the 70’s.

No 80s line comes close to matching what they have now. A lot of those were weak 3/4 DLs anyway.
The last good one was 99. Wistrom Farr Agnew Carter.
2001 was just okay. Wistrom Young Zgonina Little.
Before that?
1977. Youngblood Brooks Jones Dryer. And they had nothing like Donald.
Of course before that is…um…they had a name…a famous nickname… the 4 Fearful something… the ones with that Merlin Deacon guy.
the dline has been very good. but more hype than actual substance. they need to be better what with all the draft capital that’s been spent in that area. just too inconsistent for me so far.
Wasn’t there a line with Leslie o’neal, Gilbert and Kevin Green (although he was technically a linebacker)
