There are many among the Rams’ coaching staff and in the front office who genuinely believe that this group could at least be more competitive than their decimated roster looks on paper. There is also a stellar group of young quarterbacks who will be draft-eligible in 2024 … and it’s hard to not keep one eye on that group when considering the season ahead. While the Rams’ offense could very well get back to its high-scoring ways, and that could help string together more wins than expected, they also have nearly 40 rookies on the 90-man and their defense looks like it will go through significant bumps as it is rebuilt. — Jourdan Rodrigue
McVay has got to give him different types of runs. Mix it up. He is not as comfortable running that outside zone McVay prefers but he’s is versatile … pitch it to him, traps, inside zone, more power concepts. The oline will be different for sure. Bigger and more athletic

i’m just not sure. depends on how the oline is. although i really do like the avila pick. it’s a step in the right direction. and the defense might be weaker than last year.
I fully expect the defense to be weaker. They lost a lot of good players.
They’re going to play a lot of rookies and 2nd-year guys on defense, and see what they have, then go get some vets via trade or FA for 2024, looks like.
