RB Justin Davis did not play against Raiders because he suffered a concussion in practice against them earlier in week, per McVay. LB Ogbonnia Okoronkwo is dealing with hamstring issue.Shane Waldron will continue to call plays during preseason, per McVay, though he said it was collaborative effort.
McVay and staff still deciding which players might not travel to Hawaii this week for Cowboys. With a Thursday departure and Saturday night return, reasonable to surmise some vets and injured players not in need of long plane flight will remain home.
McVay reiterated that safety Taylor Rapp stood out against Raiders. RB Darrell Henderson got acclimated, can make some corrections and will have more of a role as preseason progresses.
CB Dareous Williams among players who stood out, McVay said. Williams and Kevin Peterson giving coaches some tough decisions.

Sean McVay saw some good things from Darrell Henderson, but there are also quite a few things he has to clean up.Thus, expect to see a lot more of the rookie this preseason

Darrell Henderson has admitted difficulty adapting to a zone heavy Ramsโ scheme after running mostly gap runs at Memphis. Zone runs rely on vision, processing & patient, controlled footwork to access whichever hole pops open. Pre-Week 1 showed DH has much work to do. pic.twitter.com/mg3a01FhPN

as fans who make $20 an hour and pay for these guys livings, we only wanna see our teams compete and win.. and seeing them handicap that over $ we canโt dream of is hard to understand.trey wingo@wingoz
Quick tip: you DONโT pay for their livings. Not even close. TV revenues and all the other corporate deals pay for everything. Just being real.Jason Cole@JasonCole62
1. Athletes have a very short earning period. Doctors work for 30 to 40 years. Athletes for 7 to 8, maybe.
2. Actors also make big money. Does anybody complain about that?
3. You get paid what the market can bear.August 13, 2019 at 12:05 am #103944

TV revenues boil down to the continued belief that the game will attract X number of eyeballs for ad revenues — and the actuality of this happening. If only rich people watched those games, they’d literally lose 99% or more of that. No rank and file fans? No ad revenues. At least not enough to pay for million-dollar salaries.
Just being real.
