Thought there would be someone that would make a reference that this would be the first Rams-Titans game without Jeff Fisher. Just saying.

I believe Fassel will coach him up and Ficken will be fine. Plus the players will rally around this kid, and he will succeed.

I’m hoping for no let down, which is my big fear. But this is going to be the biggest regular season game in like 13 years? Win, and not only we get into the playoffs but our first divisional crown since 2001?

It will feel weird that we have a Rams-Titans game with Jeff Fisher not the Head Coach of either team.

I believe this will be a great game, that can go either way. I say Rams 30- Seahawks 29.

So far, I have not seen one sports media pick our Rams to win on Sunday. I believe most are predicting a Seahawks blowout, from what I’m getting.

If I had my wish, I want us to meet the Eagles again in January. Hopefully it happens. Granted it means playing in the Linc, but hopefully we will be better next time, should it somehow happen.

He did taunt him Jack stood over him head butted him and after JuJu Thurs . a 5 year vet shoulda known but he is undisciplined and sloppy , the entire D was .

Why didn’t the refs throw the flag at Trey Burton? He threw the ball at our defender, who was on the ground.

I agree next week is a MUST WIN.

I disagree on the TJ call; he CAN’T do that shit and allow the refs the option to throw that flag. I think we lost the game right there and then.

BTW, I blame Fisher and Williams for these lapses in control. You don’t see the Patriots D doing this type of crap (Gronk is another story).

So it was OK for Trey Burton to throw the football at our defender when he was on the ground, after Burton scored. There was no flag for that. I feel if you don’t flag that, then you shouldn’t flag the Trumaine taunting call. Just saying.

Pissed off. The refs gave the Eagles this game.

The refs should have never flagged Tru for that taunting call. They let Trey Burton earlier in the game after he scored, the the ball at our defender when he was on the ground and called nothing, no flag. Also, getting an imaginary call on that field goal, that helped Philly.

Those are just a couple of things. We got screwed. I pray we meet them again in the playoffs.

Most of the Eagles inside run game, is through trap blocking. I hope we are prepared for that.

I’m predicting we win this game. Rams 24- Eagles 20.

I feel this is a must win for us, not Philadelphia as much. Hopefully, my feeling is right, and we do win this one.

If I’m McVay, I’m telling my troops, that the people of LA is what we are playing for. The people in those wild fires. Let’s give those fans, that can’t be there, something to be proud of, while they are going through a tough time. That is the speech I’d be giving the team. Hopefully it will work.

Just saw we are 2.5 favorites over Philadelphia. Shocked. I believe that will change at the end of the week.

If somehow we can beat Philadelphia, then they would have lost two in a row, and we at the moment would have a first round bye.

Yes, I’m now pushing for 4th round. The player I would love us to grab, but may to trade out of the first round, pick up an early 2nd round pick, and grab and extra third or fourth rounder.

The player I would love for us to draft is Martinas Rankin LOT Mississippi State. There is no future behind Andre Whitworth right now, and Rankin’s makes sense

Save Eli, while you tank the rest of the season. Plus, there will be teams like Buffalo, Cleveland, Denver, Jacksonville, and the NY Jets that would be willing to trade for him. Those teams feel like they are close and can make that run.

They don’t deserve to be in the playoffs. If TCU upsets Oklahoma, TCU should be in the final four. I feel their resume is better than Alabama’s.

Had some issues with pass blocking. Mainly with Havenstein. Can’t let teams go down the field that quickly on our D. I’m talking about, 42 seconds with like a minute plus. Glad Sammy Watkins got that onside kick, though.

Our run Defense needs to step up big time. The Saints run game has been a big surprise, and probably have the offensive rookie of the year in Alvin Kamara, and Mark Ingram has been having a big year as well. I feel this is a need game for us, but not sure if we can compete, and the especially their DLine scares me as well, my prediction, Saints 30-Rams 13

I think this becomes a real test of adversity because this will be the first time they drop two games in a row. That can lead to a downward spiral so it will be a huge test for McVay to see if he can make sure the ship doesn’t sink.

I just don’t see how the Rams defense stops the Saints. The secondary is banged up, the run defense is not good and…Drew Brees. The Rams will have to win a shootout and with the improved Saints defense and a missing Robert Woods–that won’t be easy.

They’ll have home field at least–but that hasn’t been a great advantage–still–even if it makes for a neutral field it’s better than playing in New Orleans. And if they can get Gurley going and control the game maybe GZ can win this one. But it will be close.

Still–the Saints are rolling. Gonna be tough.

With Woods out, we need Sammy Watkins to be that guy. We paid a lot to get him to be a number 1 WR. Now he has to step up and prove that he is that guy is worth to be paid like an OBJ, or a Julio Jones.

The stretch vs. MIN, NO, SEA and PHIL is against all top 6-8 teams in the league. They were not going to waltz past them or go 4-0.

Minnesota outplayed them overall across the board. Could have been closer if the Kupp fumble hadn’t happened but then again MIN shanked an easy FG too. But they played them 7-7 for 3 quarters.

Having to go to their 4th and 5th CBs hurt late but this team cannot complain about injuries. They’ve been probably the healthiest team in the entire league.

Keenum was one slippery guy Sunday. He escaped about 5 sacks and that one where Brockers and Barwin both failed to get him down and he completed the 20 yard pass downfield to Thielen was a sign this was the Vikings’ day.

I agree with Whitworth that a loss like this can be good for them. They needed a game where they were not coasting after 3 quarters.

    Onward and upward.

The Seattle game should be a little easier, since both Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor are out for the rest of the year. So the Legion of Boom will start to fade away. To me, how we do against New Orleans and Philly is how we should look at if we can compete with the big boys.

Minnesota beat the Saints the first game of the season.

The Saints are a much different team than the beginning of the season. I feel this Saints team, found a running game, and the defense is opportunistic, led by two rookie safties.
