It may not only be for Donald. Marcus Peters is looking for an extension after next season. It may help for that. Not Witworth’s as much, but Woods’s contract could help that.

Just smelly gas, that you need to pass it out. When it comes out, it is known as a fart. I have an issue with it myself.

I was trying to see what they have for Philly and New England. They played in last years Super Bowl. With the Eagles, I live outside of Philly, but it won’t let me in that far, to see, and I can clap back at those Eagle fans.

I wonder if KhaDarel could replace Pharaoh Cooper. Coop had one of the worst drop ratios in the NFL last year, if I’m correct.

Until I see “Breaking News, the Rams and Aaron Donald have signed a deal.” Close to signing means squat. I’ve seen close to signing, the same zip code, they are living in the same apartment complex. What else is next?

Do I have OCD? I keep looking on the net every hour, every sports station, including the NFL Network, just hoping to hear breaking news, to hear Aaron Donald signed. I’m really nervous. Want him signed, and in uniform so bad. Do you call that OCD?

I like using the $41M guaranteed at signing, figure. The contract totals $90 million for 5 years, starting in 2019. $41M guaranteed at signing, is about 45% of the total contract. I expect Donald to get about 52-55% of his total contract in hard guarantees.
Or, $60 – 80 million, depending on the total contract.
It is different, because Donald plays a premium position, ie., best defender in football. He should get what Suh got. Suh got more than Von Miller.

Donald should get more than what Suh got. Donald deserves that.

Rams’ Aaron Donald: Still holding out
    by RotoWire Staff 6h ago

Coach Sean McVay said there is no update on Donald’s contract situation, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

The two sides were reported to be nearing an agreement a couple weeks ago, but it still hasn’t come to fruition. McVay said he ideally would like to see a deal done by the end of this week, which would allow Donald to join the team before Week 1 preparation begins. The superstar lineman ended his holdout one day before the start of the regular season last year and wasn’t cleared to play until Week 2. Donald might consider holding out into the regular season this time around, as he’s scheduled for a $6.9 million salary under the fifth-year option in his rookie contract. He’s likely targeting a contract in the range of $20 million per year.

2020 is the last season of the present CBA. Players and Owners will have to agree on another plan. The players will probably end up with a higher percentage of the profits. How will that affect the Cap? How will that affect salaries?

Maybe the end of the salary cap. The players will say, “If you want us to stand for the flag, then no more salary cap.”

    Downtown Rams@DowntownRams
If the number are right with Aaron Donald. Clearly he chose more guaranteed money and sacrificed some APY money. #Rams are winning this deal if it’s $22M. Surprised the APY came down and the guaranteed money went up. This is what was taking the deal so long.

I don’t agree with that either. I think Donald wants and gets both. Suh had the most guaranteed money per contract amount. I think guaranteed follows contact amount. Donald will get ~52-55% of the total value of new money, guaranteed. So, once again here it is. 5-6 years, $23.1 million to $24.15 million/yr, $60 million to $80 million guaranteed.

I feel Donald wants more than $80 million guaranteed. I believe he is looking more toward $90 million to $100 million guaranteed

I’m tired of us B.S.ing around. We need to get Aaron Donald in camp. We should have never signed Havenstein to an extension. That money should have went to signing Donald. This is atrocious. Get Donald signed NOW.

I’m still not excited about resigning Havenstein. I was hoping Notebloom would be our future RT, and we would draft our LT early in 2019. That money should be used on Aaron Donald. Then again, that is me though.

Eric Reid should be playing. It is an embarrassment that he is not on a team right now. The guy is one of the premier Safeties in the NFL, and he has no job.

This one was a bit surprising to me. I thought we could go into the draft, and get a future LT, and move Notebloom to RT. Havenstein is OK, but nothing special, not worth that kind $8 million per as an extension. $5.5 million per, would have been better for a RT. But I would have let Hav walked though. Then again, they must see something in Hav that I don’t.

    Ingredients

1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup cold water
    1/2 cup glucose syrup
    1 tablespoon glycerin
    2 tablespoons shortening
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    8 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

    Directions
    Prep
    30 m

    Cook
    5 m

    Ready In
    35 m

    1. Combine gelatin and cold water; let stand until thick. Place gelatin mixture in top of double boiler and heat until dissolved.
    2. Add glucose and glycerin, mix well. Stir in shortening and just before completely melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Mixture should cool until lukewarm.
    3. Place 4 cups confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and using a wooden spoon, stir in the lukewarm gelatin mixture. Mix in sugar and add more a little at a time, until stickiness disappears. Knead in remaining sugar. Knead until the fondant is smooth, pliable and does not stick to your hands. If fondant is too soft, add more sugar; if too stiff, add water (a drop at a time). Use fondant immediately or store in airtight container in fridge. When ready to use, bring to room temperature and knead again until soft.

How the Los Angeles Rams’ contract layout would look with an extension for DL Aaron Donald
The Rams are rumored to be close to locking up DPOY Aaron Donald with a long-term megadeal. Here’s how it would look afterward in terms of the other major players on expiring deals.
    By misone Aug 14, 2018, 12:52pm CDT

The Los Angeles Rams may be on the verge of signing 3x NFL All-Pro DL Aaron Donald to a very large contract extension.

Many fans have suggested paying Donald so much is a mistake, is due to the fear of losing other players. That suggestion is something Rams VP/COO Kevin Demoff himself alluded to in a recent interview.

It’s time to debunk that myth once and for all.

According to Spotrac, the Rams are currently on track to have over $44m in cap space in 2019. However, the total cap has exceeded projections by at least $5m and in some years as much as $8m in each of the last several years, the total cap . So it’s entirely possible the Rams are looking at more than $50m in cap space next season.

    Here’s where it gets interesting.

In 2020, the Rams are expected to have well over $90m in cap space (over $87m if projection is accurate).

Here are the players who have contracts expiring the next two offseasons:

Sure it’s fine. Post what you want (within obvious limits of decency and so on.)

My personal reaction? I just do not use the word “ideology” the way these guys do. They use it in the mainstream way where it means any consciously held political doctrine. To me that barely scratches the surface, if it even reaches the surface enough to scratch it at all.

To me ideology is largely unconscious norms, values, and beliefs that have the effect of defending and justifying (OR opposing) an established system of social power.

So why didn’t most medieval peasants rebel? Because they believed god arranged the world into strict social hierarchies and that sedition was also sin.

Not sure what else to call it, but in the top two videos, they had it called have been Political Ideology. It would have been better than being called “Jack’s Political memes” in the title. We all love a good meme here and there, still it would not have looked right in the title

The starters have to get some action. I’m not saying a whole game, but some snaps, just to get some rhythm going into the season. I remember Mike Martz doing it, and we struggled to build some rhythm, and I believe we missed the playoffs.

Me thinking, we need to get some help at backup QB soon. Colin Kapernick is still out there. He may be worth a look. Better than whet we got now. There is also talk, that the Ravens may only keep two QBs on the roster, maybe RG3 as a possibility as well.

No one told me I was not the G.O.A.T. I was told it is either Michael Jordan or LeBron James. I always thought I was that guy. Now I have to hear it is one of those guys. Why didn’t anyone ever tell me? Jeesh. I feel I’m better than those two, but that is just me.
