After watching the “every throw” video…I really liked what I saw. He looked natural back there. Calm and collected. Didn’t look like a kid who never took a snap from center before this year.

    I am very optimistic.

Might be the only bright spot for our rest of the season.

Spoiler Alert: Rams will be spoilers again.

Jim Harbaugh. He’s the one I want. He’s trim the fat and clean out the stupid. Than he’d get fired…but that’d give us a few years.

No offense Z, but I think you are soft on Fisher.

I really honestly believe there are inherent flaws in the way Fisher builds a team.

They aren’t “forced” to start a back-up… they are starting a back-up bc of events that Fisher put in place. Everything that is happening is happening because of decisions Fisher made.

This is year 5. It’s ALL on him. The qb situation, the lack of depth on defense, the offensive line situation….all of it.

Roberson was a player. Why did we sign sensabaugh and release Roberson? We HAD depth… what happened to it

He’s not having to deal with Spags players anymore. This is year 5… YEAR 5.

I think they are out of sync also… but I blame that squarely on Fisher. Why are the blocking schemes changed every effing year…. in today’s NFL with shortened practices…. continuity is important. BUt every year it’s a new this or new that.
    I hate it.

17 qb pressures in 3 games? Isn’t that high?

I feel for Mannion. I think he outplayed all other qb’s in the pre-season. And when the starting QB has a horrible game one, he gets demoted through no fault of his.

I think that old phrase “We don’t care where they were drafted” does not apply here

I feel like it’s a wide reciever problem. Don’t worry guys, we can just use our #1 pick next year to fill that need…..OH WAIT………..

Goff told USA TODAY Sports on Saturday that shortly after the Rams picked him, he sought out Titans passer Marcus Mariota for advice. Mariota suggested Goff try an exercise in his downtime: Record himself saying a play call, play it back, diagram the play on a sheet of paper, and then visualize the progression

Man I love this on so many levels. Not going to gush about it…but I am pleased.

Wait till he tries it with the Rams O line and WRs that are last in the league.

not feeling it? I don’t expect much until game 9

The best thing for Greg Robinson right now is to go against Quinn every day. I remember Quinn got so much better after going up against Jake Long.

Vermeil didn’t start out with that talent….he and Arney found and procured and developed that talent.

If Fisher and Snead do t have the talent they need to win then they can blame no one but themselves.

Because of the offense he played in, I really can’t get a beat on him. He has a LOT of the qualities I like. Quick release, touch on his passes, accurate.

But this is the Rams. You have to factor in the enormous bad luck into the equation. So it goes to reason that if two quarterbacks are drafted high one year…. No matter what….. The OTHER qb will end up with the hall of fame career.

Only Vermeil could overcome the Rams cursed horrific bad fortune

I don’t want him to start week 1. There’s just no way he will be ready. I actually like Keenum and think he was the only reason we won anything last year.

Goff needs to learn the playbook, learn the offense, and get used to the NFL speed….I do NOT want him under center week 1
