Eternal RamnationParticipantI can imagine a now bored McVay pouring all that creative energy into trade/draft strategy pestering Snead night and day. After last season Quinn , Joyner, Watkins and even Donald will be less about the money imo. Maybe I didn’t put that right but I just don’t see these guys that have been great players on mediocre teams for half a dozen years in a big hurry to leave the current situation which I believe is on a Superbowl trajectory.
Eternal RamnationParticipantGlad you’re home ag and a Huddle home too!
Eternal RamnationParticipantImagine if he didn’t get hurt at the end of the vikes game.
Eternal RamnationParticipantI love ARs. Before they were Called M4s they were called M16s, same basic platform. They are a rush to shoot. I will hate to see them go but get rid of them. I don’t need one as much as I like them their only real purpose is to kill lots of humans quickly. This won’t end the problem but it will help. Through out the 80’s you could by the original Colt AR15 at hardware stores and no one was murdering children with them back then.
Eternal RamnationParticipantBilly keep fighting the good fight! On the memo I’ve seen Nunes has his own fake news site. The other night I watched a Russia-gate special on CNN something I rarely do. They laid it all out linearly and when you add it all up there’s just too much there to deny. HRC shares some blame too because there is an awful lot of dirt on her to be dug but still it’s not like they both can’t be dishonest. The FISA Court judges are conservative Republican appointees the FBI was before Trump, Republican heavy and now it’s even more so. Those “bombshell tweets” were before the HRC case was re-opened IOW the potus wanted to know everything about the Russian meddling investigation not HRC’s emails.

Eternal RamnationParticipantThe signals did them zero good without knowing which play they were signaling . And yes they are known for cheating year after year. Once a cheater always a cheater. The aggravating part is they’re so good they don’t need to, Brady is GOAT and so is Belichick . If the spygate tapes were really nothing at all there would be no reason to destroy them. You destroy them for damage control.
Eternal RamnationParticipantBritt to Woods , what’s his name to Sully at C , June Henley to Marshal Faulk
Eternal RamnationParticipantEagles have more Rams than Vikings . Must be it.
January 17, 2018 at 2:12 am in reply to: off-season…who goes, who stays, what positions should be drafted #80297
Eternal RamnationParticipantThey gave up their 2nd round pick for Watkins so letting him go would hurt but he doesn’t seem like a #1 anymore . He had some horrible drops and he doesn’t look any faster than Woods to me but with a full off season program and camp. Who knows? Glad it ain’t my decision .
January 11, 2018 at 11:35 pm in reply to: who do you take in this weekend's divisional playoff games? Gonna watch any? #80177
Eternal RamnationParticipantI’ll watch them all! Playoff football. I think the vikes are being underestimated, that D is damn good. Steelers vs. Jags will be interesting , Titans and Cheatriots meh..If they let the Falcons hold like they did against the Rams it’s over for the Eagles.
Eternal RamnationParticipantBlyth was also impressive when he had to come in for Sullivan. That we actually got the pro-bowl version of Sully was surprising to me I didn’t think he had that much left. It feels good to be wrong. Havenstein and Brown improved a lot this year. I guess you’d have to say Havenstein is the weak link but that’s a pretty good “weak link ” to have. Need to develop an LT while Whit can still help him and Saffold is no Spring chicken either. I don’t know why I worry about this stuff when McVay is already.
Eternal RamnationParticipantRemember when people were saying the Rams overpaid for Woods ?
Eternal RamnationParticipantGreat news!Ag you had us worried . I hope your recovery is a swift one!
Eternal RamnationParticipantSorry to hear that. Sounds like he led a full life and raised some fine kids.
Eternal RamnationParticipantIt looked to me like the offense was playing tight until the end of the 1st half. Goff was off Gurley dropped Kupp dropped Cooper was fumbling . I know McVay said the game wasn’t too big for them but to me it sure looked like it was exactly that. By the time they calmed down Brockers was out and the D couldn’t get off the field the refs were horrible not calling blatant holding down after down on the Falcons .
Eternal RamnationParticipantGurley with 2 drops . Watkins with 2 drops Cooper with 2 turnovers not a good effort McVay didn’t call a very good game. Look what Goff did this year , he fixed what he said he would. They’re young and now they’re experienced and know what to expect in the playoffs. I’m disappointed but still happy , the Rams have a good foundation for many years of success . I’d rather be disappointed after a wildcard loss than be out of it in week 11. Oh and Ed Hockaloogy is terrible not one holding call on Alt. and they held for the whole damn game just disgraceful.

Eternal RamnationParticipantAll the talking heads I’ve heard picking the Falcons on experience. I like it that way. We’re healthier younger hungrier and rested and being underestimated .
Eternal RamnationParticipantWe don’t or at least I don’t have access to Rams contracts but there could be language in there enabling them to do it . There is in my contract . There could also be a protection in their union contract
Eternal RamnationParticipantPretty sure they could pay him the bonus anyway especially if they’re sitting him to rest him for the playoffs.
Eternal RamnationParticipantPeterson joins Johnny Johnson in the hidden gems department. We’re in the freaking playoffs!!! Ficken was fricken money and we’re in the freaking playoffs!!! Oh and it’s -13 here and nice and warm inside the vikes new house.
Eternal RamnationParticipantDecember 30, 2017 at 1:37 am in reply to: informal poll…was the winning TD in Tenn. a 4th quarter comeback? #79752
Eternal RamnationParticipantI think of coming back as being down by at least 2 scores. That play was clutch though and that’s more important to me.
Eternal RamnationParticipantThey play at home in the wildcard round either way so imo no.
Eternal RamnationParticipantYeah it’s not a must win they clinched the division . The rest maybe more important than the opponent. They may prefer to go to Philly and let someone else beat on the Vikes first as far as strategy goes. Getting someone hurt in a meaningless whiner game would not be smart.
Eternal RamnationParticipantDivision champs Gurley is Superman!
Eternal RamnationParticipant
Eternal RamnationParticipantI stream Sunday Ticket on Amazon but it’s available many other places. For some reason here in mn We’ve got a lot of Rams games but not this week. Don’t forget it’s an early game this week.
Eternal RamnationParticipantdecent leg he makes one from 63 could be worse. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Fd6_IsUZT0
Eternal RamnationParticipantThat sucks!
