But my instinct is, put Luck on Seattle and they thrive, put Wilson on the Colts and they struggle.

Then you have not been watching Seahawks games these past three seasons. Seahawks constantly make a lot of something on broken plays. Luck would not succeed in that system to the extent Wilson has.

So how come Bradford never did that? Hmmm?

    See, no competitive edge.

Patriot RBs didn’t fumble once the entire season. It is a definite competitive edge. Can’t play devil’s advocate on this.

Why doesn’t anyone question the integrity of the officials? They get the ball after each play and when a new ball is brought into play. They should know how a properly inflated ball feels. They let the Patriots get away with it for the first half only covering their ass when the Colts complained. The officials let the Patriots ignore rules the entire game thus stealing XXXVI from the Rams. This time who knows?

My response: Integrity of the game? What integrity? It’s played by a bunch of malcontent, maladjusted, violent thugs for the most part who are druggies, rapists, murderers, spousal abusers, on and on.

And we love the game because the uniforms hide it all.

I refuse to believe it is that bad but certainly understand the sentiment.

let’s be clear. on offense one team uses their balls exclusively. the other team uses their balls exclusively when they’re on offense.

so yeah it can create an advantage. for sure. would it have made a difference of 30 points? probably not. but it definitely makes a difference.

Wait. When a team gets behind enough they change their approach and usually become one dimensional, predictable on offense. All the cheating has to do is get the other team off its game plan.

Gordon didn’t watch XXXVI because it wasn’t “aggressive pass coverage” the Patriots used it was the officials refusing to call penalties on their coverage. The fix was in.

About Martz what else could he do other than run Faulk more? He’s still counting on the officials to do their job. It wouldn’t have mattered since the officials were not going to do their job. The fix was in.

What a stupid system. Like taking candy from a baby. Why don’t the officials [excuse me] handle the balls exclusively? Why can’t they have someone in charge of the balls including the inflating of the balls and handing a new ball into play? Since none of this is done why wouldn’t the officials become familiar with the feel of a properly inflated ball and air gage a new ball put in play?

Must be the official difference between entertainment and sport. NFL is entertainment not sport. NFL wants the Patriots to win then with the help of the officials the Patriots will win. Otherwise the Patriots are left alone to win by cheating if they can.

The Patriots have an entrenched culture of cheating. To have this happen after their well documented sordid history proves it.

You wondering about the spying-cheating or
    the deflating-cheating?

    w
    v

What part of cheating are you having difficulty grasping? Cheaters cheat to gain an advantage or they wouldn’t do it. It is so simple. Rams fans were screwed but that was Georgia’s team. Raiders fans were screwed but that was Al’s team. Every Patriots playoff win is highly suspect this century. The numerous AFC playoff victims should be demanding action. So should the Rams but that is negotiable when a league vote on a possible move is at stake.

NFL has found that 11 of the Patriots footballs used in Sunday’s AFC title game were under-inflated by 2 lbs each, per league sources.
NFL has no comment at this time and Patriots say they will continue to cooperate with the investigation. More on SpotrsCenter.

If true, Belichick needs to be suspended for a year. They set a precedent with Sean Payton.

No, their trophy case needs to be cleared out, team and head coach fined and loss of top three draft picks. If not then cheaters continue to prosper. Need to address the officials involvement too.

I will rather watch Kitten Bowl 2 than this abomination of a sporting event.

Surely there will be other apocalyptic signs…

Or maybe Bane can simply destroy the stadium… heh…heheheh….hahahahaha….

I’d be happy a flock of buzzards flew over the stadium and pooped on the shiny helmets… after gorging themselves on roadkill from Interstates 10 and 15, the birds…almost too heavy to lift themselves, push themselves into the air. Finally having digested the bulk of the carrion, they see their target… shiny marbles moving in a large, loud bowl which is annoying. They unleash poop after poop…tens of thousands of very large buzzards… corporate folks, well to do families and the two football teams become just… battered in buzzard droppings.

    Yeah… I’d watch THAT Super Bowl…

    I would too!

Except Rodgers is now 40-2 after having a 16-0 lead. Wilson got it done again. Did it with his feet and arm. Plus luck. That third round pick puts our first overall pick to miserable shame.

Well now. Ya see, NOW yer talkin’.

THAT is something I could latch on to.

I’ve got a little trouble seeing a compromised Rodgers beating Seattle at home. This is a much tighter team than the one the Rams beat earlier this year.

But yeah, if GB wins, then “Go Pack. Drive a dagger into the heart of the evil ones”.

I don’t see that as being fair. What would the Rams 2013 record be if Bradford played the entire season? What would the 2014 record be if Bradford played at all? How can anyone assign a level of equivalence between the two seasons? Somehow that is Fisher’s fault? My opinion is the Rams would have won 9 games this season with Bradford at QB. I can’t prove that but other pieces of the offense improved. Schotty leaving will certainly have an effect upon the offense too. Is that Fisher’s fault also? This team has had bad luck. Nothing more.

Bernie missed the Rams back up QB beating the Broncos all everything QB? Fisher’s Rams beats both teams in last years Super Bowl with two different back up QBs in one season. Has that ever been done before?
