ParticipantLos Angeles Rams coaching staff changes and Reese’s Senior Bowl preview plus kickoff
Sosa Kremenjas highlights some of the losses for the Los Angeles Rams in their coaching staff as well as the front office, with Ray Agnew being hired by the Detroit Lions and Aubrey Pleasant potentially following him. Sosa also higlights some fun names to keep an eye on as the Reese’s Senior Bowl kicks off this week, such as LB Chazz Surratt, EDGE Carlos Basham Jr., and OL’s Trey Smith and Alex Leatherwood.

ParticipantThe defense made this a fun season for me. Special Teams was broke. imo The offense was ok, if slightly broken. Goff is ok. I am not here to kick him off the bus, but I want a better QB. I know some like him and some hate him. I am in the middle looking for an upgrade.
.
I am not worried about the Salary Cap. I think we can even keep Floyd if that is what we want.
.
I think McVay needs to give up play calling. That is not going happen. Is it? LOL
.
And, I probably like the Oline better than most.
.
I think, although they had some real stinker games, they out performed expectations.January 22, 2021 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Locked On Rams free agents and salary cap/ added Goff and FAs #127125Agamemnon

ParticipantJacksonville ranked 24th, 4th, 6th, 18th in special teams DVOA since 2017 (when DeCamillis took over), Rams this year under Bonamego were 30th.

ParticipantDid the Rams receive any compensation for losing Staley?
I’m not exactly clear about the new NFL policy.
I believe compensation is for minorities. A strategy to get more jobs for them.

ParticipantActually, I am OK with the offensive line, but if they add one that is fine. I would rather have a super fast WR. Is one available?
I want edge rushers the most, LBer, CB, Safetyd, or an outstanding player at any position.-

ParticipantAg, has the team structured the other big ticket items correctly so we could afford him and Floyd?
Next year is such a question mark when it comes to the Salary Cap, it is hard to figure stuff. I would like to keep both, but just guessing, we keep Williams and probably not Floyd.
