    That was good (except for the NY-snobbiness). And its how i remembered it too. Vince did indeed suck for most of the regular season in 1979. But, in the playoffs he was great and clutch against Staubach and the Cowboys.

    And yeah, Warren Beatty’s Heaven Can Wait was on everyone’s mind at the time.
