    What happened?

He allegedly ‘made contact’ with a referee. During the replay of his altercation (a shove) with a 49er receiver, I saw no instance of him contacting a referee. He did step toward a 49er and say something unpleasant, and by doing so he also stepped toward a ref, but that’s about it.

Thanks. Will he get a suspension?

Not Likely Maybe a fine, but I don’t even think he’ll get that.

Donald pinched the back of Patton’s neck, a receiver for the Niners. I did not see the contact with the referee that followed. Donald totally lost it and slammed his helmet on the ground after being ejected. Reminds me of the Turley helmet-toss.

Turley was such a drama queen. I remember hearing him interviewed on national radio broadcasts ripping Martz a new butthole.
