They were not ready for that game and it showed, but, I am inclined to think they will learn from it.

The wildcard winners in the other three games are the Saints (probably), the Jagz, and the Titans. Rams beat all 3 this year. That makes them 3-2 against playoff teams they faced in the regular season. That’s not a bad start.

So I still say the arrow is up. That is, we know they’re good enough to take the division, but, they are also capable of improving on that and being even better.

I think there is New England, and then there’s about six or eight teams in the next level, and the Rams are in that second level. Which is great.

But its also great for those six or eight other good teams. Lots of good teams in the NFL and all of em can make the Super Bowl.

Barring injuries, the Rams should be in the hunt the next few years.

They still need depth and a few pieces and good-health. LT is a big concern. Depth behind Whitworth.

The Rams future, is hope. Hope is something that they haven’t had past mid October for the past 10+ seasons.

They have a team that can win regular season games on a consistent basis.

I think they’re gonna be perennially consistent with McVay, question is how many more seasons does Wade Phillips wants to do this?

I fell that they have young, talented players on offense and defense that will be with the team for years to come, though they need experience. I feel that they have a very good head coach and coaching staff, most of whom will stick around. I feel that the front office did a great job of acquiring quality free agents at key positions of need, while leaving a lot of cap room for 2018 and 19, and looking forward to what they do next. Optimistic.

i’m just excited to see how goff develops at this point.

he looked pretty annoyed at how the rams were knocked out. i’m fairly confident that he will go into this offseason determined to get even better.

just need a little luck now.

i’m looking for him to get even bigger physically and to just continue digesting the playbook. it’ll be a full offseason with the new offense and the skill position players in place.

and after thinking about it, i wouldn’t be disappointed if watkins was brought back. depending on how much they were willing to offer him.
