    We were getting ready for a field goal. As we got down into our stances, a DT shouted to one of the lineman who had a bad grill … “yo player X, you know we got a dental plan in the NFL”. So simple. So corny. We were all laughing as the ball was snapped.

    It would appear somewhat likely that he would take over Lamarcus Joyner’s former FS duties & Weddle would be brought in as SS

    #Rams newest addition Eric Weddle certainly still has promise heading into his 13th season next year

    Among safeties in 2018, both in the regular & postseason, @weddlesbeard ranked 3rd in Rush Defense Grades & T-9th in Tackling Grades (min. 262 snaps)

    Yeah I’m not so sure I buy the idea that they will do that–ie. put Weddle at SS and Johnson at FS.

    Might actually be the opposite. Plus they could flip roles to disguise coverages.

    Todd Gurley has been consistent with his yards after contact per attempt averages throughout his career

    Notice the lowest year was 2016. You know the Rams rate for getting the RB stuffed was pretty much the same three years in a row–2015, 2016, 2017. But he did better in 2015 and 2017 because he got more yards on his own after contact. That’s one of things that says there was something wrong with Gurley himself in 2016. Lots of things went wrong that year but Gurley not being himself was one of the things that went wrong.

    Former #Rams QB Luis Perez leads #Birmingham past #Fleet after throwing for 359 YDs and 3 TDs. Perez came into this game as the backup to Keith Price who left the game early with an injury. Price was benched the rest of the way in a coaches decision.
