Robert Woods in the last 4 games:

    Week 10: 11 targets, 7 receptions, 95 yards
    Week 12: 9 targets, 6 receptions, 97 yards
    Week 13: 18 targets, 13 receptions, 172 yards
    Week 14: 9 targets, 7 receptions, 98 yards, 1 TD

He might be good, folks. 95+ yards in four straight.

Dante Fowler Jr. closing in on his first double-digit sack season (9). Aaron Donald notched another (11). Cooper Kupp closing in on first 1K season (990). Robert Woods close to consecutive 1K seasons (933). Both TE’s – Higbee and Everett – set career highs in receptions + yards. Clay Matthews close to his first double-digit sack season since 2014 (8).

    Hey, ZN,

Can you check the Spam queue again — over at the Pub? The Divide thread.

    Thanks in advance.

How about that self-scouting by McVay? Fake the WR screen on 3rd & 9, go deep to Higbee for 33 yards and 1st & goal.

Interesting, the evolution of the Rams offensive line this year. All of a sudden they’ve built foreseeable depth.

Sean McVay: @RamsNFL came away clean on the injury front.
RT Rob Havenstein making “really good progress.” What that means for the OL composition this week is TBD.
Gerald Everett progressing, but will be out (from practice) early in the week. Status for Week 15 at DAL also TBD.

Aaron Donald leads the team in sacks (11) and TFL (21)

Dante Fowler Jr is right behind him with (9) and (15)

These two have really played well together.

    Bob Condotta@bcondotta
Carroll on the Rams offense: “We have not solved the problem of them like we would like to.”

    Curtis Crabtree@Curtis_Crabtree
Carroll said they’ve struggled to handle the play-action game of the Rams and that they really respect their ability with that.

    Gregg Bell@gbellseattle
Pete Carroll explaining #Seahawks problems getting lined up correctly on time before Rams’ quick snaps reinforces Bobby Wagner taking responsibility last night after the game for those calls being late and off, esp early.

Unsaid: Wagner needed to traffic-cop Barton, others more

Bobby Evans clowned Jadeveon Clowney. No sacks or QB hits. That makes Bobby Evans the clowner and Jadeveon the… clownee

FWIW…Collinsworth makes me cringe. I mute the TV when he is talking. I know everybody has their “thing” when it comes to announcers, and it’s totally subjective, etc. But I cannot listen to Collinsworth.

QBs need help. People bailed on Goff during the Rams crisis. Suddenly he’s dealing. Same w Wentz. Dude just needs help. He’s got a great arm. He’s mobile. A total playmaker. But Eagles have NO speed at WR. They also lost a top offensive coach or two. He’ll be fine.

    Vincent Bonsignore@VinnyBonsignore
An #NFL Coach told me the other day: “Its a mistake to confuse facts for excuses.” (Good QB’s need help. It’s not an excuse to point out when they aren’t getting that help)
