Tampa, tough run defense, less tough pass defense in terms of yards, but brings pressure.

    Sheep vs The GOAT.

The Bucs are probably the toughest opponent remaining on the schedule. Should be an interesting game.

Don’t worry, Mr. Bill. The Rams will bring in Matt Gay, the kicker Tampa drafted, then cut. He will kick the game winning FG against his old team. 😉

Whats Brady’s record against the Rams? I know Martz beat him once, in 2001.

Looking forward to watching it “live.” Beating Brady is a must. Their DBs will definitely be put to the test, cuz the Bucs are loaded.

Am watching a replay (NFL Network) of the Rams/Seahawks game as I type this. Have decided to save money this year, not pay anyone any extra dough to watch the Rams, and just take my chances. They’re on nationally a lot, and since their division is muy competivo, NFL Network should replay their games.

    Cheers to all. Stay safe.

toughest game of the season so far.

i’m pretty sure the defense handles the tb offense.

i just have no idea if the rams offense shows up. or more specifically if goff shows up.

At the risk of understating things, Monday’s game is huge. For both teams.

In fact, if the Saints beat the Falcons, which doesn’t seem to be a huge task, Tampa is in a more desperate situation than the Rams. Falling to 7-4 if the Saints go to 8-2 puts them out of the division race for all intents and purposes, having lost their 2 head to head matchups. The Saints play one game that should be a loss (KC) while the other 5 seem very winnable. The only concern is 4 of the last 6 are on the road, KC and Minnesota being their final 2 home games.

If the Rams should lose to Tampa, they can always climb back into a tie with Seattle via another head to head win which would also give them a tie breaker over the Seahawks. It’s a tough ask but it can be done. Better to beat Tampa and reach a tie with Seattle after 10 weeks. It would give the Rams a little wiggle room with the 5 opponents not from Seattle over the last 6 weeks.

It is time for the Rams to put a complete game together offensively. Use all three running backs. Go deep a few times. Put up 30+.

The bucs offense isn’t very patient and tries to force things vertically but the Rams do a good job of taking away the big plays. Bucs bury themselves by not adjusting (see the bears game).

When is the last time Goff/McVay had a solid offensive outing vs. a great defense? Does Buffalo count? At any rate, if the Rams are going to win it will take a Herculean effort from the defense and zero mistakes from the STs because I don’t see the offense scoring more than 17 points against Tampa’s defense.

Washington is ranked 7th on defense. Chicago is 10th. Neither is as good as Tampa but still, they’re pretty good defenses, fwiw.

Isnt that a little odd, to have all those numbers and be 26th in completion percentage?

It would be great to beat Brady and the Bucs, but I dont see it.

I dont trust whatshisname at the Left Tackle spot.

I am taking the under on this game.

I think this stacks up to be pretty even, and a good, close game, assuming turnovers balance out.

What I don’t like is the Rams’ placekicker, whoever that is this week.
