Snead’s tenure with the Rams

Snead’s been with the Rams quite a while now. Close to 15 years or so.
Just glancing at Snead’s first 3 drafts, with Fisher.

There were some solid players in the first 3 years, but really only Aaron Donald was a game-changer. I cant say Snead’s first three years were anything other than…oh…’average’, maybe ‘mediocre.’

Kronke finalized full ownership in 2011. Spags was fired in Jan of 2012. Rams had gone 2-14. Bill Devaney the GM was also fired.

2012 was Les Snead’s first draft with the Rams. It was Jeff Fisher’s first year. (7-8-1 record)
Brian Shottenheimer was the OC.
