reactions to the new uniform?

Many people object to the mismatch between the helmet and the jersey (because of the remaining gold in the jersey).

I have to say, it doesn’t bother me. It’s fun to watch them with the new helmets.

I think I am in a very small minority though.

The gold just disrupts the smooth feel of the uniform. It’s flashy. It’s weird. It has to go. Also, the White horns should be thicker.

Thicker horns. Plus, i think the team has become too much like an action movie. Not enough development. And where are the dragons?

For me, the amount of gold in the uniform is distracting. It’s not enough or it’s too much. It’s a token color variation. Either take it out or add more.

The issue is, they couldn’t change the jersey. That has to do with NFL contractual obligations to the companies that sell jersies. You can;t just void their stock overnight.

So all that happened is, they changed the helmet but could not change the jersey.

I think the gold is a distraction. It just doesn’t look “right,” but I’m happy for the helmets, and happy mostly for Sammy Watkins and the upcoming Super Bowl championship season.
