Just in case there is any confusion, I would like to clear up my position on this team.

    I hate them.

And changing their name does not mitigate that whatsoever. I still hate them. For reasons, good ones, too.

So… I will be rooting for the Rams to win this game.

    Just wanted to clarify that.

My dad was a Redskins fan. All my friend’s dads were Giants or Jets fans.
My dad was older than most of my friends’ dads (I’m the youngest of 7).
Turns out, when he grew up, they were the Boston Redskins (he was also a Red Sox fan, to my dismay). Growing up in Bridgeport, CT, even though closer to NYC than Boston, I can see the New England connection.

I guess I should be glad he stuck with the Redskins rather than jumping onto the Patriots. Would have made them SB losses all the worse.

All that being said, Go Rams!

It is Thanksgiving weekend up here. The Rams are 3-7 over their last ten Canadian Thanksgiving games. You may think me unfair to go with the last ten seasons when McVay has only been here since 2017. To which I respond, McVay’s Rams are 1-2 on this weekend. As a result I’m giving the Rams a slightly greater than 30% chance of beating Washington on Sunday.

I always liked SCTV when I could get it. John Candy, etc.

I lived for that show. I go back and watch clips on YouTube all the time. The clip in your post is blocked from playing in Canada for some reason, so I couldn’t watch it.

Well its tough to sweep an entire division. I am guessing the Rams have never ever swept the NFC East. All four teams.

I’m guessing the Over The Hill Gang learned a lot from the Giants.
I say this is a week for one of those weirdly-bad Goff-games.

    Washington: 17
    Rams 16

Monster Chiller Horror Theatre was always must-see-tv. 3D house of pancakes was Oscar worthy.
