so just how dominating have the rams been during their current 6-0 run, ie since wk 6?

    – they’ve outscored opponents 31-12 on avg (by 19 pts per game on avg).

    – they’ve scored an avg of 4.0 offensive tds per game while holding opposing offenses to 1.3 offensive tds per game.

    – stafford has posted 119.8 qb rating while throwing 19 tds and 0 picks.

    – opposing qbs have posted a 70.0 qb rating while throwing 6 tds and 9 picks.

    – only 1 of their 6 opponents has a losing record, while 4 of the 6 have winning records.

The Rams lead the NFL in record (6-2) and point differential (75) against teams with a current winning record.

Last year, the Rams were 4-5 against winning teams with a -3 point differential.

69 = Dotson, 73 = Avila (in case you didn’t immediately recall that).

The 2 former Rams guards referred to here are David Edwards (Buffalo) and Austin Corbett (Carolina).

in 9 of their 11 games, the rams defense has held opposing offenses to just two touchdowns or fewer – and in 7 of their 11 games, to just one touchdown or less. impressive as hell.

in 9 of their 11 games, the rams defense has held opposing offenses to just two touchdowns or fewer – and in 7 of their 11 games, to just one touchdown or less. impressive as hell.

I was curious, so I looked it up. TDs by game:

    Rams 2 HOU 0
    Rams 4 TEN 1
    Rams 2 PHI 4 (+ 1 TD by STs)
    Rams 3 IND 2
    Rams 3 SF 2
    Rams 2 BAL 0
    Rams 5 JAX 1
    Rams 5 NO 1
    Rams 6 SF 4
    Rams 3 SEA 1
    Rams 4 TB 1

The Rams have allowed 8 TDs in their past 6 games, and half of those were in a single blowout game where the defensive intensity dropped in the second half.

And to put something RC said another way, in only 4 out of 11 games have the Rams allowed 2 TDs to the opposing offense.
