In a surprising turn of events, the Rams did not have the most heartbreaking loss in the NFC West this weekJim Youngblood 53@53_jim70721
Houston looking more like a decent team, gives me more confidence in that win — as far as strength. Ind running it up on Vegas. Phil struggling with Denv …Rams a very good team that needs to eliminate mistakes and they will be a deep playoff team IMO

znModeratorMatt Stafford knows Tutu Atwell will break open based on the coverage.
Nice tight spin and fires pinpoint from a mile away.
A lot of younger QBs would make a much looser spin, lose time, & create more distance to cover w/the throw, if they even targeted Atwell. #RamsHouse pic.twitter.com/XML8R2xUod

With 5 pressures in Week 5, Jared Verse tied Nick Bosa as the second-fastest player to reach 100 career pressures (22 games). Only Joey Bosa reached the mark in fewer games (21 games).October 7, 2025 at 6:23 pm #158517

I get people are mad at Kyren Williams. He’s mad at himself. But he ranks…
– 6th among NFL RBs in rushing success (TruMedia)
– 6th in 1st Down rate (TruMedia)While also 5th in carries.
Add in 3rd-down work and he can be a staple.

Can you win a Ring with a fumbler as your ‘staple’?
To win a ring a team has to win the turnover battle for what, 3 or 4 games in a row through the playoff run. All it takes is one fumble to lose one of those games.
Thats why i never got into the Eric Dickerson love.
At any rate, it seems like teams are getting better at punching out footballs. The technique has been fine tuned, i think.

Nate Landman recorded 14 total tackles and three passes defended against the 49ers, the only Ram to reach those marks in a game over the last 30 seasons. Landman is also one of 13 players to have such a game over the last 30 seasons.October 8, 2025 at 6:05 pm #158534

we are only now seeing Stafford look elsewhere besides 1 & 2. I don’t think we have come close yet to seeing the Rams at their best offensivelyOctober 8, 2025 at 7:55 pm #158538

znModeratorOver the past 3 weeks, LA has held Saquon Barkley, Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey to a combined 179 rushing yards on 57 carries (3.1 YPC).
This week, they will face another test in Derrick Henry, but they seem to be up to the challenge. pic.twitter.com/ri6mSyjDnM

znModeratorMatthew Stafford was asked on Wednesday what Nacua’s “superpower” is and he pointed to Puka’s versatility.
“Trying to put one on it. I think if I can’t, then it’s got to be versatility, right?” he said. “If it’s like, ‘Hey, if I can’t say he’s 6-foot-5, 250 pounds and runs 4.3 like Calvin [Johnson] did, I think it’s just his versatility, right? If you’re a defense and you’re going up against him – and really, not unlike a lot of guys on our team – but you’ve got to defend all the blades of grass. Are we going to hand it to him? Are we going to throw it to him? Is he going to lead block for us in a run play or is he going to slip out into the flat, catch it and run for another 15? I think it’s his versatility, his ability to affect the game in a number of different ways and help our team.”
