Rams will do well. Here’s why.

    1. Seattle is a winning team with a lead in the division, so fortunately they are not the kind of 0-13 team Rams can’t seem to beat. So lucky break for them–the Rams get another genuinely competitive, highly ranked opponent this week.

    2. Rams do well after bad games.

    3. Reports suggest the Seattle “12th man” crowd is not as intimidating this year.

    4. According to the laws of physics and the Code of Hammurabi, Rams match up well with Seattle.

My faith is shook, shaken and trod upon. I have no faith in this Rams team. Unless they win, in which case I will say that I never doubted them for a moment.

Seriously though, even if the Rams back their way into the playoffs it’s difficult for me to believe that this offense will be able to take them far. I also lack faith in the STs to pull out, or hold onto a victory in a close game.

    Go Rams.

IMO? And of course just IMO. But. (IMO) that’s an over-reaction.

I don’t think the bad games this year indicate anything about what the Rams will be going forward. If anything they tend to regroup after bad losses.

I think the actual problem is that 3 times now this too-young Rams came out flat and under-energized to play what they think is a weak opponent. That’s Miami, 1st SF game, the Jets.

But that’s ALL that is. That’s not a good thing obviously but it is also not an indication of who and what they are when they prepare for an opponent they take seriously.
