    who do you keep?

    i’d like to keep

    saffold
    anderson
fowler (maybe on a one or two year deal)
    littleton
brown (can never have enough running backs)

    but is that even possible?

I’d say brown or Anderson. Should be able to get one of them at a decent price.

I’d add shields to your list figuring he will be even better his second year back.

Anybody else would only be if the price is right.

These players, you can try to sign or possibly get a comp pick for if someone else signs them.

These you can tender at various levels, that let you match a competing offer or maybe get a draft choice if they sign with another team.

All you have to do is offer these guys minimum wage.
I think I got all this right.
Only 4 players would command a salary of $6 million or higher. Suh, Joyner, Saffold, Fowler. I let Suh and Joiner walk and try to keep Saffold and Fowler. I keep virtually all the lower level salary guys.

They are in pretty good shape, really. I dont think ‘any’ of those guys are irreplaceable.

Some good players there for sure, but there’s no Aaron Donald’s on that list.

These are the top salary numbers for 2019. The est. Salary Cap Space will be around $38 million minus about $10 million for operating expenses.
Operating Expenses = Rookie Cap, Practice Squad, and Injured Reserve lists.
    .
The Rams look to have $28 million to sign FAs. They can add to that by cutting players if they desire.

The $28 million also has to include the RFAs and ERFAs
    RFAs(5) = $10 million plus
    ERFAs(5) = ~$2.5 million
And we need another 4 players (? draftees) to make a full 53 man roster. = ~2.5 million (minimum wage).
Now we are down to about ~$13-$15 million to spend on FAs.
Hopefully that pays for Saffold and Fowler or we have to cut some dead wood off the roster.

Yes, they are. They might end up with comp picks for Suh and Joyner and they have a good chance to resign Saffold and Fowler. imo
