With the win, the Rams improve to 4-1 in the NFC West. Marked Seattle’s third loss at home of the season.
QB Case Keenum completed 14-of-23 passes for 103 yards and one touchdown and no sacks.
RB Todd Gurley rushed 19 times for 85 yards and one touchdown. Marked his third consecutive game with a touchdown and 10th touchdown of the season.
Gurley’s season numbers improve to 229 rushes for 1,108 yards.
WR Kenny Britt hauled in a 28-yard touchdown reception from Keenum. Marked Britt’s third touchdown of the season and second consecutive game with a score.
Britt led the team in receiving yards with 49 on three receptions.
C Tim Barnes had two offensive fumble recoveries.
LB Akeem Ayers recovered a FB Will Tukuafu fumble and returned it 45 yards for a touchdown. Marked Ayers first career touchdown. The fumble was caused by S Mark Barron.
CB Trumaine Johnson nabbed an interception off Seattle QB Russell Wilson. Marked Johnson’s fourth consecutive game with an interception. He now has seven interceptions this season.
Johnson is tied for second-most interceptions in the NFL this season with Marcus Peters (KC) and Kurt Coleman (CAR). Cincy’s Reggie Nelson has eight interceptions and plays on Monday night.
DE Will Hayes split a sack on Wilson with Ayers. He also split a sack with Sims.
Hayes added 2.0 solo sacks on Wilson, to push his total to 3.0 sacks today. Marked his first 3.0 sack game of his career.
According to press ox statistics, Hayes led the team in tackles with nine (seven solo).
K Greg Zuerlein converted a 42-yard field goal.
P Johnny Hekker punted six times for 240 yards for a 40.0 –yard average, 36.7-yard net average. Hekker placed two punts inside the 20-yard line.
