    For me–it’s Brian Quick.

He has been a non-factor this year coming back from the injury.

Has played in 12 games–started 2 and has 8 receptions for 79 yards and 0 TDs.

After last year when it looked like he had turned a corner–he has come crashing back to earth this year. I hope that the Rams make WR a priority in the draft.

    I have to agree. Quick.

In a different way, Kendricks. I expect more from him.

In a different different way, Mason. I expected more from him, too.

    1. Quick – didn’t look like he is ever gonna be a factor.
    2. Zeurlein – Not exactly clutch.
    3. Cook – inconsistent which is what Tennessee thought about him.
    4. Saffold – injuries aside, he’s not living up to the contract the Rams gave him.

Cook came to mind because they actually went out and paid a lot of money for him. Quick is a bad 2nd round pick, true. But, I never expected much from him.

I can’t think of a single defensive player who disappoints.

I note that everyone’s picks are offensive players and they are truly offensive.

Quick is my biggest disappointment. He’s simply a waste of space. Bailey’s drug issues have also been disappointing but I rank him below Quick because at least Bailey showed he can (or at least could) play.

Cook is no longer a disappointment for me because I stopped expecting anything out of him a long time ago.

    Zeurlein needs to be replaced.

    Good list.

The upside to being a Rams fan is heartbreak.

I was thinking about that too. This regime knows defense
    and special teams.

    Offense though?

Well they have that OL, which is promising and coming together AND it is developing crazy depth, and they have Tavon, and Gurley. Britt was better last year and he has been better with Keenum than Foles, so maybe the bad Britt was a slump.

That’s not the GSOT but it’s a start.

This is turning into the 80s Rams. If they sign a CFL qb that will confirm it.

BUT to be honest, if I had to choose having one subpar unit…offense or defense…I found the bad defense/Marmie+Haslett Rams just demoralizing. To me, a struggling offense is frustrating, a struggling defense is insufferable.

Foles is way out in front for me as most disappointing.

Zeurlein has been increasingly disappointing to me, too. Part of that, though, is that he looked early like he would be an extra 3 points a game because of his leg strength, and his early perfection on long distance kicking. I thought he would break the distance record, too. And he just hasn’t. I don’t know what his statistics are, and how he compares with the rest of the league, but he “feels” like a disappointment. He’s no Money.

Of course, there’s McQuaide. But everyone understands it’s tough to follow a legend.

greg robinson – only because the divide between expectation and actuality is so great.

quick? cook? ehhh… i wasn’t expecting much. maybe quick. but somehow i’m not surprised by his performance this season. same with zeurlein. that’s who he is.

hopefully though. we see the real robinson next year.
