you’re right. not exactly a like for like replacement. but he’d replace his targets. we all know mcvay loves tight ends. this is guy tests off the charts.

his shorts shuttle and 3-cone times are in. 4.10 seconds and 6.76 seconds. holy cow. this guys is off the charts! it sounds like you’ve seen plenty of this guy. but he produced as well at penn state. his blocking sounds not very good though. still. just let him run routes and catch the ball!

ok. maybe not quite megatron-like. i mean that’ll probably never happen ever again. megatron is a true unicorn. but gesicki is a legitimate julio jones-level athlete. jimmy graham-level.

if he’s still there at #23, rams would be silly not to draft this guy. especially if watkins is gone. red zone. deep threat. i don’t care if they already have everett. guys like this don’t come along very often.

he probably won’t at this point. i could see him going in the top 15. kinda how eric ebron did. i think hybrid players are very in vogue right now, and this kid is a matchup nightmare it looks like.

rams could still pick a cb i think. that second corner is still very much a question mark.

they could pick kolton miller who is also a physical specimen. not a freak. but he moves so well for his size. he’d make an ideal replacement for whitworth i think.

someone is going to drop. whether it’s offensive tackle or corner or linebacker. linebackers are tomorrow.
