    McVay Appears on ESPN LA 710’s “The Mason and Ireland Show”

    With the Rams regular season officially in the books, head coach Sean McVay took the time to chat with Steve Mason and John Ireland on their show “Mason and Ireland” on Friday morning. The ESPN LA 710 hosts began by asking McVay about Los Angeles’ Wild Card loss to the Falcons.

    And as the team heads into the offseason, McVay also discussed the Rams upcoming free agents, kicker Greg Zuerlein and his back injury, the possibility of more coaching changes to the staff — including former quarterbacks coach Greg Olson and current offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur — as well as his thoughts on winning the NFL coach of the year award.

    My bad. I thought he was talking about going to interviewing players with Les Snead and other scouts at the East-West Shrine game, and Senior Bowl.

    I get the impression that he’d rather start preparing for next season rather than go to Hawaii.

    Glad we have him.
